Had some sub-par beef patties (no filling to speak of) but have had other items and enjoyed them. Mostly takeout in my case but others eat in at one of the 2-3 tables they have inside.

This non-assuming little spot on Stratford's Barnum Ave. turns out some of the best Jamaican fare in the area (of which there is no small number). The Jerked Pork is amazing and lunch specials come with coconut infused rice and cabbage - not to mention plantains - all in a portable container of Caribbean Bliss.

I was close by to visit family, stopped and had goat head soup and the next day red peas soup. It was very tasty and was like home. Hope to stop by when I am in the area again

Authentic Jamaican cuisine at affordable prices with a very family friendly staff. On several occasions we have stopped in for lunch and taken extra home for dinner. The beef patties are a staple and our personal favorite are the dumplings with any meal.

Love this place, it's been updated and is very clean and is some of the best authentic food around this far north of Jamaica, good prices and variety

The food is always good. Very busy typically on Friday nights. The food is plentiful for the $$. Nice people as well. Recommend the oxtail with rice and peas. Stew peas are good as well.

If you want an authentic Jamaican meal, stop in! The owners are friendly and inviting. Although the dining area is small, it is cozy and the food is good.

I would give it 5 stars but the ambience is not great. The food is excellent island food. The prices are very reasonable too. Do takeout.

I had a medium sized jerk chicken with cabbage, plantains and oxtail gravy smothered all over it. There was a lot of food with a nice kick to it! I had questioned what the thick white soupy looking stuff was that the girl served to the patron before me, as she explained to me it was porridge, and graciously gave... More
