This place has seating and take-out. The latter is what I went for. Got lots of food for my money as is typical for a Chinese restaurant. Had Boneless Spare ribs, Crab Rangoons, chicken chow mein, shrimp Lo Mein, Won Ton soup, and plain chicken wings. Everything was hot and OK. Only thing we didn't like were the chicken wings, Seemed small sized for a Chinese restaurant and were to crispy, liked the had been fried once and saved then refried as needed for an order,

Came here for lunch with a colleague. There were a good number of people here eating lunch. I couldn't believe that for lunch in Stamford CT, you could get a combination platter of Chinese food for only $5.55. Ordered the Sesame chicken with rice and egg roll. Chicken was very bland and rice was not fully cooked. Egg roll was so-so! Limited number of spots in back for free parking.

Often people joke about something being as chewy as shoe leather... let me tell you the boneless ribs at the restaurant make shoe leather seem tender.
The pepper, steak, and onions also chewy and lacked any flavor

I've been going to Panda for years and enjoy the variety of the food from fried to healthy steamed options. If you are looking for a tasty, quick, convenient and affordable meal this is the place. You can eat in too if you like.
