Very good steak dinner, however, a little bit pricey. I've had better steak in other places. However, It was very good and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend

The restaurant set a beautiful table decorated for the celebration. It was so pretty and elegant. My Daughter’s 21st birthday was celebrated in a grand style that she deserved. The food was second to none. We had onion soup, fillet mignon with mashed potatoes and string beans. They surprised her with a beautiful dessert. My daughter and I don’t drink... More

We didn't want the hassle of a fixed menu or crowds so we went out the night before Valentine's day. The food was excellent as always and equally pricey but well worth it.

Like most of this chain, the Stamford CT location is best known for its steaks, and they do steaks quite well. In fact, they do several things quite well including appetizers. What I like best is the way you can pretty much do anything you want with the menu. Add a lobster or twin tails to any steak? No problem.... More

Probably the best steak I have ever eaten..But a little expensive.. I ordered the bone in rib eye ($53), cup of lobster bisque ($12) no sides included..Definitely a high end restaurant. Service was outstanding , very nice restaurant. .

I was part of a convention group that ate dinner at the Capital Grille in late June. I never frequent steak houses and had never heard of the Capital Grille. I was a bit surprised at the prices, especially when I learned it was a chain, but I was won over by the service, portions and the food itself. I... More

When seeking an exceptional dining experience, Stamfordites need look no further than their own backyard. At The Capital Grille in Stamford Town Center, dry aged steaks and 20 year-old Scotch fortify Fortune 500 power brokers and power shoppers alike, while refreshing cocktails and irresistible appetizers delight patrons of the Palace Theatre and Rich Forum. Clearly, distinctive dining is not reserved for that larger city down the road. As a charming young lady once said, there's no place like home.
