We had drinks and a light dinner (ordered two apps each). The gazpacho was very good. The fish stew needed to be spiced up. It was a bit bland. Grilled octopus was nice but I prefer much less olive oil. To me "grilled" should be...More

Whether in the formal dining or in the informal area, the service is elegant, and the food is excellent. One of the most elegant dining areas in Fairfield County.

I was lucky to come here with my friends. We enjoyed dinner on a summer night, had cocktails and dinner. First of all, the bread they serve is amazing, but so are the entrees. I suggest the fish of the day in schioppino sauce. It...More

Consistently wonderful ... from start to finish ... choice of "venue" ... more private vs. less private ... quiet vs. boisterous ... less formal bar area ... more formal main dining areas ... al fresco option on nice evenings ... something for everyone ...

The food was fantastic. The seafood chowder, salmon and lobster risotto were extremely good but the service was a dud. It took 40 minutes between appetizers and the entree. Waiter got lost again after delivering the entree's. Can't be a top tier restaurant and have...More

This clearly is the go-to restaurant in the Fairfield area. The food was first class, gourmet level, and the different seating areas (outdoors, tavern, restaurant, private dining, etc.) provide a lot of variety for different purposes. Among other menu items, the crab cakes and the...More

Not really. It ranges from business casual to business suits for men and slacks or dresses for women . in the evening, I prefer to wear more formal attire (dress). Hope this helps!
