I stopped by here for a bagel to go and had a super smooth experience. I ordered my bagel online (a honey wheat everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and a tomato) and picked up my bagel curbside (there are parking spots specifically dedicated to...curbside pickup). They put a lot of cream cheese on my bagel, which I note because some places are skimpy with the cream cheese. My meal was super good and fresh, and the staff person who handed me my bagel was friendly and polite. They have a pretty large menu, so there's something for everyone.More

Great breakfast

Food quality and service are great. Eggs are served as ordered, and egg sandwiches are tasty. Prices have risen, but still a super place for breakfast.

Must stop when bicycling in Simsbury

In my opinion this is one of a few places in this part of New England for bagels. On my last ride through Simsbury I knew a stop here was a must so I could add to my winter inventory. Could not resist adding their...new favor - Egg, cheese, sausage, pepper and onion bagel. I think I remember correctly as it was a couple of weeks ago that I bought it. Only bought a dozen of different varieties as that was the capacity of my bike bag. I will savor everyone over the next month or more.More

Return again and again

Spectacular coffee, bagels and ambiance. Exceptional art for sale on the walls. I seriously regret not purchasing. Comfortable and friendly clientele has you making friends immediately. Must return! Took home bagels and happy memories.

Best bagels around

Always been a fan of Brookside. This was the first place in the area to have the cheddar bagels and I think they are still the best.

Keto friendly too!

You can order a bacon (or sausage) egg and cheese without the bagel and they are happy to oblige. You can also order a side of bacon or sausage. All for either in-house or take-out dining. Have to say for those who can carb, their...incredibly fresh bagels are the best. Faves: sesame seed, marble, blueberry. And the coffee is wonderful too. They have a coffee club card for frequent visitors. And if you have young children, there is a cheerful child-oriented room in the back for parents to have a relaxed fun meal with their children. You order from the counter and receive a card from a deck of cards, as your order “#”. A shout-out to Tiffany who is always so patient and kind when she takes orders and refills the coffee dispensers at the speed of light. Super counter and kitchen staff all around. A pleasure to stop in when I am in the area at breakfast time.More

Best bagel spot in town

Best bagel sandwiches,a go to spot for locales.Serve wide variety of flavored coffee.Easy plentiful parking.Ramp for handicap accessibility.small outdoor seating area but lots of foliage to shield from the road.

Decent bagels

Bagel options are good, but sandwiches overpriced compared to Benny's right across the street. Pretty crowded too, if you go at the wrong time....

Best bagels ever!

As a lover of bagels especially blueberry bagels...this place takes the cake. They also make their own cream cheese. This place is a must for anyone passing through town.

Great cream cheese and bagels!

Riding the rail trail and decided to stop by for bagel. Very good and cream cheese wad excellent! Worth a stop but lines can be long.

Greatest Hometown Restaurant

every knows where brookeside is. And if you don't, it's the bagel place with the longest line out the door. Popular, good service and GREAT food.

great place for a breakfast to go

This is a great local place and a family favorite. Îf I don't feel like making breakfast, this is the back up. I'll go in and pick up a bunch of bagel sandwiches with egg and cheese, and either sausage or bacon.
