Very good lunch.

We arriver around 2 on a Saturday afternoon and found the main floor crowded and loud. We were seated upstairs with several other parties. The room was much quieter. We had the onion soup and the clam chowder. Both were very good. the cob salad was fresh and delicious. The liver and onion dinner... read more

Seemed like this was the place to be - despite it being past lunch time, the pub was full. We were seated at a table that was just cleared, with all other tables full. We ordered French onion soup, which was salty but good, and shared a basic burger. Nothing extraordinary about it, just a basic burger. Prices were reasonable,... More

Great little pub with separate areas for eating and drinking at the bar. Food was very tasty with huge portions and they sell beer in a proper British pint glass, what more can you ask for!

The server was gracious when we asked if she minded that we take a booth for only coffee & dessert. The Irish coffees & chocolate mousse were wonderful......a perfect ending to a lovely birthday. The restaurant was warm & inviting and the server as nice as she could be. We will most certainly go back for lunch another day.

Our family enjoys PLP when we dine-in. HOWEVER, each time we have ordered take-out, we are so disappointed! They always forget something from our order or the food is not up to par. As their prices have gone up, the service and taste has gone down. Huge disappointment!

Just AWFUL! Simply AWFUL! I held a small, intimate brunch for my daughter in September and was so disapointed in the quality of the food, but I thought maybe it was an off day. My daughters gave me a gift certificate for Christmas 2015, but when they went for lunch one day after purchasing the gift certificate - they came... More

PLP has above average food, service, ambiance. But when you combine it all it's a fun place to go with reasonable prices where they make you feel local whether or not you're a visitor.

We quite often go to Aspen but today we decided to drop by the PL Pub. Everything was excellent from the calamari starter, the Reuben sandwhich.... Fantastic scallops cooked perfectly..... HOT and crispy French fries. I have to say that this far exceeded our last lunch at Sspen and

This Main St. Pub is really more of a restaurant with a very interesting menu offering some wonderful and expensive appetizers. The entres are meat oriented with great BB ribs, Steak Au Poivre, Shepards Pie, Liver and Onions, Mum's Meatloaf and fantastic Burgers. On Fridays and Saturdays, they serve Prime Rib. The bar has a great Pub atmosphere and a... More

Prices increasing while portions decreased i.e. Shepherds Pie. The meal was delicious but small. Had the squash soup, very good!
