I enjoy the atmosphere and location on Main Street. Food and service is good. Dining outside is great in the spring and fall.

Cute little place with a very nice menu, but we visited on a Sunday, when less experienced staff were on hand and the restaurant was busy. Observing what was going on, we ordered our meal with the drink order and this facilitated us getting our meal fairly nicely. The food was very good: a turkey club, which was a massive... More

Fun place to eat. They have a very good selection on their menu and a decent wine list. Servers are young and very pleasant. They do have outdoor dining.

I had the burger and fries and my friend had the corned beef ruben...both were very good and our waitress was great. Everything was served promptly and with a smile. Check this place out if you're in Old Saybrook.

My husband and I enjoyed the hearty portions and tasty offerings so much we went for dinner two nights in a row! (If anything the portions may be TOO generous) Good selection of beers, and the quality of the food was satisfying and reliable. The pub is located on a main street lined with interesting shops, so you can easily... More

Nice place for a quick bite or they offer an upstairs room for large parties. I had the lamb salad and french onion soup. Both were great. Bar area can be a little loud but there is outdoor seating when the weather is nice.

This is a restaurant that you can depend on to be very good. We've never had anything that we didn't like.

We always tend to end up at Penny Lane Pub for special family occasions. The atmosphere is casual and cozy downstairs. We love the onion rings with chipotle sauce. The big basket is now just a "cone" filled with probably 8-10 at most onion rings. We usually need two orders. The menu has recently changed again and is more limited.... More
