After a matinee performance at the Goodspeed we decided that our dinner plans would include Seafood with a waterfront view and Fresh Salt was our destination. We arrived early and the lovely hostess was able to seat us on the patio with a view of their marina and Long Island Sound. Our waitress Darcy was so helpful with menu selections... More

Compact lunch menu, but many good choices, I had the vegetarian Reuben ... Delicious, my wife cousin had the lobster salad plate, the women had tuna burgers. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. Our server was Tori, very pleasant and attentive. Ample seating without a reservation on a beautiful sunny Wednesday afternoon

This is a very nice restaurant with pretty good food. We ate there because we had vouchers for breakfast and got $80 towards dinner as part of our package, staying at the Lighthouse.

My husband and I stayed at the Saybrook Point Inn for 3 nights this week, checking in on a Sun. We invited family to meet us there for the Sunday brunch. We have enjoyed brunch at other high-end inn's in the CT/RI area to celebrate holidays, but we unanimously agreed that this brunch tops them all in quality, diversity of... More

Located at the mouth of the Connecticut Rive this restaurant is part of Saybrook Point Inn. Most tables have a view of the water as well as the beautiful boats parked at the Inn's docks. There is an outdoor patio for al fresco dining. The food is mostly seafood which I am not a great fan of however it is... More

Went for brunch with 4 others . Had no issue with seating . Everyone on staff was professional beyond our expectations . The brunch from eggs to prime ribs to desserts was again beyond our expectations . Can't wait to go back .

This, indeed is probably one of if not the best buffet brunches along the CT shore. But that doesn't mean it's great dinning. The setting is great, at the Saybrook Point Inn and Marina, especially on a beautiful summer day. The staff was friendly and efficient. And it is a good value at $40. The food was above average for... More

Went here for dinner on our weekend stay at their hotel. Food was very good and staff really friendly and accommodating. Make reservations far in advance for inside dining. My husband had the trout dinner and he really enjoyed it as well as their Salt version of clam chowder. They also have vegetarian options. The lobster rolls were great too!... More
