Authentic, genuine, Greek food. Bold flavors, unique dishes, fantastic Greek wines, reasonable prices. A bit noisy.

We stopped here for dinner on our way to NYC , it was a good choice . Place is very simple , but food is very good . I had the best Greek salad and chicken lemon soup ever and my friend almost kicked his employ gyro plate . It's not a place for a special evening or anything ,... More

Pontos was wonderful. They have the Saganaki that we had in Crete and could not find anywhere else. Greek beer, stuffed grape leaves, and great Mousaka. Go here and you wont go wrong.

Simple but consistently high quality greek food served by a warm and friendly staff and at very reasonable prices. The place is extremely clean. Love it!

We eat at Pontos once or twice a month - we love the staff and the food. It is a very friendly, family owned restaurant. We always order the same thing - the cucumber tomato salad, and then the gyro platter. It is enough for two and is delicious. The skewers are also excellent. You can order everything either a... By we enjoyed a nice sampling of foods on a combo platter with lamb chops, tzaziki, and other meat dishes after an octopus appetizer and then had nice dessert. Greek wine was good too. Service is good and it does get crowded and noisy; go early.

We have come here a number of times over the years after a movie next door and have to say that it is truly consistent in the quality of food, the friendly and warm service and just a small family owned business that i hope thrives in years to come. The grilled octopus terrific, as was the Branzino and greek... More

Really enjoyed the meal here. Though the menu is limited, the place has perfected what is on the menu. Service was warm, friendly and attentive. The only problem is parking. With a large construction project taking place across the street, parking is a bit limited. Highly recommended!
