We will be back. Food was delicious. If you like Indian cuisine you will not regret coming to Zaika.

The coconut naan pitas were great. From the vegetarian section on their menu (not the same menu as shown on Trip Advisor now), there is a dish with cauliflower, potatoes, and other vegetable in a spicy tomatoes sauce. Very good and spicy. I don't remember...what it is called, but I couldn't find it in the menu posted here on Trip Advisor.More

Hard for me to believe that Indian food can be this different and this good. The balance and impact of the spices blew me away. But do discuss the spice/seasoning level with the wait staff: if you are used to a "5" being medium mild,...you might be in for a surprise. An amazing surprise. Wait staff was super.More

Hands down best Indian food I’ve ever had. Flavors on flavors! Love the bread they serve when you sit down. Dip it in the Tikki Masala, you won’t regret it 🙌

Went for lunch on Sunday with an Indian Friend. She ordered chicken Tika Masala and I had the Lamb Saag. Both came with basmati rice and light & delicious Papadam. Both dishes were very good. The chicken was a bit overcooked, but not so the...lamb - it was cooked perfectly! I ordered the Lamb Saag " medium spicy" and it was just right. Enough kick to taste it but not enough to hurt!!! Both portions were on the small side, but perfect for me. The service was excellent especially considering there was only one server.! This was my second visit and I will definitely return..More

A nice selection of dishes at lunch for under $12. Actually the veggie Indian food was the best. I liked everything there and it was a very nice friendly place

This is really not Indian food. The buffet was not tasty at all. We left with a lighter pocket and an empty stomach. I ordered papdi chat which seemed to have old papdi. It was way too sweet.

I'm not a fan of Indian food, but this place is excellent. Loved the coconut Naan, had skewers (Lamb), very tasty. My only complaint is they always overlook the meat dishes, even when asked not too

I was going to make the ride to downtown New Haven for Indian food, however I'm so glad I tried this place instead. Not even 5 minutes from my hotel, I came in around 8pm and ordered to-go my favorite dish: chicken vindaloo. Some places...don't believe white folks when they request spicy. This place actually makes it SPICY. And did I mention fresh and delicious? Located inside a small Plaza the inside decor is very pleasant with bowls of flowers and a small dining area. Service was exceptionally nice. I'll certainly be back again.More

The food here is good and the service was quick. There is plenty of parking and the take-out business seems to be going well, given how many people seemed to be stopping by to pick up meals. My favorite dish of the night was the...paneer masala, which was terrific. My only complaint was that the tamarind sauce was a bit bland. Overall, it was a very tasty meal and we would definitely go back.More

I don't hink they are open on Mondays at all. Their website says Sunday-Saturday. Also not sure if buffet is still available.
