My son and I had done a full day of Yale exploration and knew we wanted to grab noodles after. This place blew us away. The tofu was incredible, and the chive ash was a crazy delicious topper. So. darned. good!
Located on Elm near the intersection with York, Judi Kitchen was a surpassing delight. If it weren’t so contemporary and well designed I would have thought of it as innocuous hole in the wall gem.

This small restaurant is like a fresh, modern version of an Asian chipotle. It is delicious and fast. You can get noodles or a wrap, so not many options, but the flavors are excellent. Seating is quite limited.
We came in this restaurant because it does not have bad feedback and we like to eat Oriental food. I thus am sorry to be the first one to write down a bad feedback, and I wonder why people like this place. Maybe they don't...More
My 17 year old and I tried this place and we liked everything but have one BIG recommendation. After your noodle choice, there are 3 sauces to choose before your meat or tofu choice and we would skip that sauce almost altogether

What a great, light, no-guilt lunch! My son and I went for a bite; he had the noodle bowl and I had two bings (beef - cucumber and mushroom -tofu). Good, filling, high quality ingredients. Can't wait to return!
