This is a family-owned restaurant where they treat you like family! The food is served family style--big platters delivered to your table-and you will be treated to Italian songs during desert! Very wholesome, fresh food, too!

RUN to New Haven for SKAPPO!- Great food, matching wine, and a unique Italian menu in rustic decor. But the warmth of the owner family and the deeper connection to Italian culture make this a unique experience. Il Mondo Vecchio! Eat slowly!.

A delicious dinner event at Skappo Wine bar. This was a fixed menu/fixed price event that was absolutely fantastic. Delicious meal and wines plus background jazz during dinner (live trio) and rock n roll after! It was like a New Year’s Eve celebration in February.
