As far as traditional normal sushi, this is my favorite place in New Haven. Mia's is great, but very different and isn't for everyone.

They have a wide assortment of sushi. Slightly pricey, but outstanding quality over several visits. Nice desserts and wine.

Definitely Americanized Japanese food.. but taste good. Prices are ok..some people say at bti high.. but for fresh sashimi / sushi it is not surprizing. lot for choices of california rolls. restaurant is spacious with lot of space between tables

Japanese sushi, Americanized sushi, none of them are as fresh or original as this restaurant! The sashimi is not cheap but it is fresh. More fresh than the ones from Cali. The Sex On A Beach roll is so good! The yellowtail and salmon sashimi is also really fresh. It's my favorite restaurant in the whole world! Highly recommend it... More

We have been missing really good sushi since moving from Chicago where we had a favorite spot. Miso has now become our spot in Connecticut. The sushi quality was excellent, also enjoyed the wagu beef prepared on a 'hot rock' at the table and Eric's service was fantastic. All in all a really great night out.

Went here a few months ago but just getting around to the review now. We got there a little early as we;d read it can get busy. Got seated right away, service and atmosphere were both fantastic. I started with the Calamari /w wasabi, citrus sauce, REALLY good. What stands out to me after a few months have passed was... More

The food was delicious and the service was good. The atmosphere could've been a little better. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

We love their tuna carpaccio, which is not always on the menu, but they are happy to provide. We tried the Sushi Combination for 2 and it was OK. The serving was generous and the sushi was very good. But other items, like a couple of rolls, we're just OK. I would not go for the combination again. Service was... More
