Wonderful place. Plan on waiting, since it’s very popular. Wait staff is super efficient. Pizza is made in wood burning oven, so has distinct flavor. A medium size is more than enough for two people! Would definitely go back.

This is some of the BEST pizza you will ever taste!!! The wait may be long, but the pizza is well worth it. I'm happy that they have salad for you to order while you wait for your pizza.

We visited Pepe Pizzeria 2x in 3 days. We ordered 4 pizzas: white clam, margaritha, quattro formaggi and peperoni; and my favorite was Peperoni pizza. The queue during dinner is longer than lunch time but it is worth the wait. They maintained the recipe and...More

The pizza was not bad and quite interesting. Seemed to be a famous place to go. They serve big portion and we could do half half for one order. The down side was that when we came the place was not cleaned properly. Some left...More

I might sound like a cliche, but Pepe's Pizza is #1 for a reason. The thin crust, the just right amount of toppings,. If you are visiting New Haven for business or pleasure- It is worth the wait for a tomato pie and a Foxon Park...More
