We ate here because it was convenient when we arrived late on a Saturday evening. Located in a mall, the place was very busy, and my expectations were quite low. Nice to have inside West Farms Mall. Good steak and baked potato. The salad bar was limited but fresh. Limited menu with reasonable prices. Service is slow, but friendly.

While there was nothing bad to say about the food,it wasn't anything significantly different than anything I had before. The salad bar was definitely fresh which was great and the server was great. I would definitely go again.

It was our first time dining at a Ruby Tuesday, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food (although the menu is sooo big, it's hard to decide!). Enjoyed our meal immensely. And our server Taylor, was absolutely top notch!

You know they're doing something right when there is always a full parking lot! Fortunately, there is plenty of additional parking.
