Very helpful staff. This is a typical American diner. Food and drink was of a good quality. Served our needs as somewhere close to the hotel to eat

Hi I ate there last night and I was shown the menu. I think it is better for lunch or small plate for late night. They have dinner type tables for their booths. Nautical/New England decor. I had the coconut shrimp- looked like they were frozen very little taste and a weird dipping sauce. I had the Cod dish- came... More

Got to the Restaurant just before the kitchen closed so just ordered three appetizers (Coconut Crusted Shrimp (shrimp marinated in coconut milk then fried with a panko coconut crust $ 14); Scallop Dip (fresh chopped scallops baked with smoked gouda and spinach, and served with warm pita $13) and Baked Burrata (fresh creamy mozzarella with our house made marinara, fresh... We sat at the bar for a bit while we waited for our reservation. Great bartender who didn't stop. What a hard worker! Delicious Bloody Mary too. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Dinner came out quickly and was hot and tasty. I would definitely recommend the Boathouse.

I stopped for a quick dinner at the bar and was surprised with a perfectly poured Guinness by bartender Matt. ( something I've been searching for in this area ) I had a cup of New England style clam chowder. It was very good. The atmosphere is friendly. I was there in a Monday night and there was trivia which... More

I wish I remembered the name of our server! She was fantastic and funny! We were there for our 15th Wedding Anniversary and took our time with appetizers, dinner and dessert (if this review gets back to her, she might remember who we were). I found The Boathouse here on Trip Advisor. It was then recommended by several in the... More

Our friends suggested this restuarant since they had been there before. We ordered mussels as an appetizer which was excellent. We also tried another appetizer with mozzarella which was good. 3 of us had fish and chips. Good not great a small portion. The last member has Pandora Chicken and garlic mashed potatoes which was ok

Found this place on the Internet while traveling, and took a chance. Glad we did. Great food, interesting drink options, and great and personable waitstaff in "Christine L", who was knowledgable, quick witted, funny, and made the evening a pleasure. Seated after only a quick visit to the tavern area, and served promptly. Meal was exactly as ordered, with service... More

Enjoyed our visit. It was recommended by our hotel. We had beet and Tuscan salads, French onion soup and buffalo wings. Comfortable, good service, reasonably priced. No wait at 8pm Friday night, but relatively busy. Would visit again.

Went there with four others on a Friday evening. All five of us ordered lobsters, but unfortunately they only had 3. Might want to call in advance to reserve. Food was very good, especially the stuffed lobster. Easy to get to & lovely decor.

Thank Lisa G
