My husband and I had dinner there last night. The service was amazing! Our server, Cara- really took great care of us. I have Celiac disease and she communicated with the kitchen to ensure I had a safe gluten free meal. She went above and...beyond, was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed ourselves very much and will be back!!More

Local here. I have been twice this summer. First time, food was good, drink was super tasty and our waitress was attentive and adorable. Recently went for brunch with my daughter and the service was basically taking our order (No convos, a runner brought our...food, no checking in). We did get ‘have a great day in mystic’ while I was signing our bill. Just inexcusable service.More

I really enjoyed my drink and my daughter enjoyed her salmon. The scallops were really good but the risotto tasted like someone had just tossed in a jar of tomato sauce. Over all, it was fine but no place I would go back to.

Ordinarily my go-to for happy hour in Mystic and typically one of the best around. HOWEVER, the situation with the bartenders/servers continues to go from bad to worse. I had initially ordered a drink, but when I tried to get another, the bartender- who had...looked directly at and I THOUGHT had already acknowledged me on THREE separate occasions- still walked away from me. When she did finally stop to talk with me, she said, "Sorry, I have other customers too," as if I had monopolized her entire shift with my single previous drink order. She brought my drink a few minutes later and dropped it with an exasperated thud on the bar (at which I was NOT seated) even though I had my hand out so I could receive it from her. Rude and unacceptable treatment, and most likely because I was just a solo patron who she suspected she wouldn't be making much in tips serving... Side Note: Was told by another patron to consider myself "one of the lucky ones" for even getting a drink AT ALL (he said a woman at the bar next to him finally left after being completely ignored the entire time she was seated there).More

My teenage daughter and I stopped in for a late lunch after a day sightseeing in Groton and Mystic. We ordered calamari for our appetizer which was very delicious! I ordered the clam chowder as my main course which was good, not really noteworthy. My...daughter ordered the Chicken Caprese Melt which was surprisingly terrific! The ciabatta bread was soft and warm, chicken cooked perfectly and the pesto very tasty. Would definitely eat here again!More

There is not enough positive comments that I can say! You can’t go wrong here. Right from the start the services was wonderful! The hostess seated us right away with our reservation. The server came over instantly with water and assisted with drink order recommendations...she was completely wonderful the entire evenings. The food was incredible. We started with French onion soup that was perfect! Not over salted or too dark and fresh!! For dinner we had NY Strip that could compete with some of the top steakhouses! It was cooked perfectly medium rare and lightly seasoned. We substituted the broccoli for the maple glazed Brussel Sprouts and this was the best decision even made. I never eat Brussel sprouts and I gobbled these down! We also ordered the cavatapi pasta with blackened chicken and it was mouth watering. Full of flavors with peppers and spinach with a great kick in the garlic sauce! My son had a kids cheeseburger that was not like any other kids menu item I have ever seen! It was a fresh Patty hand packed and cooked to his preference of medium! Desserts we had chocolate gelato, cheesecake and chocolate covered cannoli. The cannoli was the favorite with the gelato as runner up.More

The atmosphere is pleasant and offers a streetside view of the ambiance along W Main Street in Mystic, CT. The appetizer was great. We ordered Devils on Horseback, a date filled wonder. The main dishes were just okay. Scallop Risotto and Chapter One Bolognese..The scallops...were raw. Some people enjoy eating them straight out of the ocean like that, but we would have preferred them cooked; even a little bit. They did have the outer 1/10th of a millimeter seared, but the rest was very undercooked. It was difficult to savor the meat in the Bolognese due to the amount of pasta served with it. The cheesecakes were exceptional. The experience was average and the price was well above that. Maybe we ventured in on the wrong day. Who knows.More

We were here in March when we last visited Mystic and looked forward to coming back. Casual dinner, quiet and Miranda went out of her way to take care of us and address my wife's food allergies. We appreciate the chef and Michael for making...this a good night.More

Stopped in for lunch. Wait staff attentive and friendly. Even the manager was busing tables, bringing food and chatted for a moment. Cocktails were great and food was tasty and soups came out hot. Would gladly stop in again.

After having our sunset sailing, we decided to go here to eat. Looking at website, there was a variety of items that looked very good. We had filet and blackened salmon. That was excellent decision. Other items on menu looked good also. Table next to...us got hamburgers which looked good. Might have to go back to try other items. Located on the Main Street of Mystic couple blocks from draw bridge. Server was excellent and very nice. Checked on us frequently.More

We ordered two lobster rolls, two clam chowders and two chips (instead of fries). Only the chips disappointed us; they were not the thick type that were shown on their website. The lobster rolls were expensive (not their fault), but were very, very good.

We had waited for a booking for a long time and we were bringing our 14 year old son as a treat as he really appreciates good food. We had the tasting menu and the food was very good overall. Our table for three was...not well positioned or comfortable and was between two doorways and too tight to serve food to my son without bumping into another seat several times. Only one person was having a drink and was told not to have the half bottle of wine as it was not good (why is it on the wine list??). Found the selling of extras too much and would expect a cheese course in a tasting menus. Some great highlights with the fish ingredients to include the oyster canapé and scallop course. Love food and that part was good so my compliments to the chefMore

We visit Mystic often but this was the first time here. We were very pleasantly surprised that it was "wind down Wednesday" they offered a free bottle of wine with two entrees. And they also had live, easy listening music. The food was very good,...hearty portions and they were able to accommodate my wife's food allergies. The night was made even better with the service and conversation with out waitress, Michele. A shout out to the manager, Shirley, for shifting table for us.More
