I love Middle Eastern food and have tried a variety of restaurants from Stamford to New Haven. The chicken shawarma was the absolute driest I've ever had. Their chef needs to take cooking lessons from any of the following: Tabouli Grill, Layla's or Pitazikki - all of these restaurants are far superior to Olive Tree. Yes, I only tried the... More

Offers the best falafel in the area in a newly renovated location. Chicken shawarma is excellent too. The platters are the way to go for a nice sampling of Middle Eastern favorites. Service is efficient and the portions are generous.

This restaurant is wonderful. It's family owned, and has authentic Lebanese food to eat at the restaurant and groceries to take home.

This is a very plain deli in a strip mall next to Milford Hospital with a few tables but it serves good, authentic Lebanese food. I have ordered various dishes for lunch and all are good. We stop if driving by and pick up some of the foods in the refrigerator case to make our own meze appetizer plates at... More

I had a delicious lamb over rice dish, some great baba ganoush, and wonderful musakah. My wife loved the falafel.

I ordered a falafel and baba ghanouj platter with Syrian salad and stuffed grape leaves. I enjoyed everything I ordered. Everything but the pita bread was very fresh and made in house. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad this place is here. I'm glad I can get baba ghanouj and falafel without bothering to make it at home. If I... More

Great middle-eastern in Milford! The lamb gyro is fabulous. They have platters available as well. I also recommend the stuffed grape leaves and beef kebbe! There is a small dining area, but it's not very aesthetically pleasing. It's located in a strip mall, so ambience is poor. I would recommend ordering as take-out and serving it at home. No liquor... The staff put together a take out appetizer platter for me for a Friday night cocktail party. The platter was quickly finished and no one was hungry for dinner because the food was go good! No one stop eating until it was all gone! Great feta! Great price. I had been wanting to try this place and am sorry I... More

Recently renovated and looking very sleek, Olive Tree is the best fast casual restaurant in Milford and offers the best middle eastern cuisine in the area. Standout items include the best falafel in southern Connecticut as well as superb lamb, white meat chicken shawarma and hummus. Their babaganouj is particularly outstanding and may be the best babaganouj in CT. The... More
