This is the place to bring house guests from other parts of the country to sample Connecticut's best seafood. The roasted clams and steamers, shrimp cocktail, and corn are superb, but it's the roasted lobster from Milford Pound that makes the day. Grab a table, sit on a stump (or for seniors, find a plastic chair) and watch a young... More

"The Place" is open-air with seating at tables made from cable spools and the seats are tree stumps. We had the lobster, mussels, steak, corn and... More

My wife and I had a great lunch here. We had the roasted clam special that had a delicious sauce and meaty clams plus delicious corn on the cob and finally pound and a half lobsters, one roasted and one boiled and both sweet. This is a fun place with great service from the young crew. The group at the... More

On the side of the main drag you will see tucked in a little seafood nook. Red tables with tree stumps to sit upon. Smell of fire burning. I visited with my 2 little girls today and my husband. We tried the steamers, (which were fantastic), the roast clam special (clams with a mix of butter and cocktail sauce on... More

We went with a group of 6, we went early to be sure we'd get a table (4:45) We all had the roasted corn which was very good, as was the veg-kabob. We ordered many different things between us, started with the special clams and the mussels which were enjoyed by all. For our main dishes we ordered a steak... More
