We had a really good lunch experience with friends. Its a nice place to go for lunch. Dinner it can become crowded. Worth the visit especially for lunch

The best quality sushi in Greenwich

No comparison between Miku and the other sushi restaurants on the 'Ave. Miku is authentic and delicious, also well priced especially considering their quality. You won't be disappointed!

The tuna pizza is simply my favorite! Every time I try something new it is better than expected. My favorite Asian restaurant in Greenwich.

Horrible customer service

We called the restaurant after we received our $35 order of food and it smelled completely like smoke to the point where we had to throw it out and could not eat it. Upon calling the restaurant the restaurant lie to us and told us that the driver did not work for them but worked for GrubHub when we called GrubHub they called the restaurant and the restaurant refused to give us any information on the driver and said no comment. Upon asking the driver about if he smoked in the car he said he had no idea about that meanwhile the bags or fully in golfed with smoke. They were not give us a refund so we are now calling our bank and labeling this as fraud I would not order from them online anymore.

Six of us visit this place on a Friday at 7 30 pm.,first time , good we make reservation , the place was 100 % packed .The decor was a basic , big sushi bar area , tables a bit tight. .Greeters and servers friendly and efficient . We ordered both cooked food and sushi and a cold sake . The cooked food come fast , Japanese dumpling , sea weed salad , miso soup , tempura shrimp . Theses are ok but not outstanding , the tempura was not real crispy . The veggie japan fried rice was good ,different from Chineses , the rice is sweeter . The sushi is outstanding. Live Scallop out of this world ( we add another order ) , fresh and sweet. .The yellowtail , tuna and toro all high level , fresh and melt in your mouth. . As good as you get in terms of the quality , presentation is not fancy . The bill was 250, and we ordered a lot including an extra take out ( by the way they do a great take out business. , we were not far from the door , 20 plus orders in 11/2 hours . This may be the best sushi place in Greenwich area

We have been going to this place for years. Food always good. The yellow tail and jalapeño ap is to die for. Every roll I have had is good. The service is spotty and cleanliness occasional suspect, but dished sublime, hot sake perfect on chilly day and price same as other Greenich restaurants. It always makes me hungry to walk in door.

Can’t find better sushi / sashimi in this area

I can’t believe that Tengda and Abis rated better then Kira. I am ordering delivery from here for past 10 years and occasionally eating in the restaurant. I can’t find better fish anywhere. Tengda and Abis are can’t come close! Both are so dated and food is tasteless compare to Kira Sushi. Nether place have this perfect rice or FRESH wasabi (ask for it) or uncolored ginger. they also have exotic seasonal things, like giant clam, uni - all in original shells... Love Kira!

Write your will before you eat at Kira

We order food for take out. I asked for a spicy Tuna roll. I had one piece and found it to be bad. Same with my daughter and my son in law. Next morning The three of us got sick. We called to alert the Restaurant not to serve it to others. The response from the manager was that could not be true, he claimed that he checked the tuna and found it a good condition. They offered a credit for the tuna rolls we ordered but I declined the offer, since I do not intend to step foot in this restaurant again.

Best sushi in town

Having eaten at several of the Japanese restaurants in Greenwich, this was my first time at Kira Sushi. Met a friend there for lunch. She had a sashimi lunch special while I ordered one of their special tuna rolls. The tuna was very fresh and the roll was great. My only complaint - they have crammed in so many tables that it feels like a place in NYC. Not great for conversation unless you plan on eavesdropping your neighbors.

We got a couple of appetizers and some sushi rolls for dinner the other night. Appetizers were good, sushi was ok. Alaska roll was very "fishy" and the special volcano roll was not rolled tight, kinda mushy and fell apart. We thought we would give a new place a try...bad idea.

Decent Sushi in Greenwich

If you want Sushi in Greenwich, CT, this is a good place to go. They have quite the selection of fancy rolls, sashimi, sushi, and hot food too. I tried their Stein Roll, & Tuna tartar and was extremely happy with my choices. The eel was also tasty and fresh as were the salmon skin. Sake is also available; we tried the Karatamba (18$ for 3oo mml) Attentive wait staff. Does have a tendency to get crowded and thus a little loud. (Not because of the music).On the other hand, that means they are busy and the fish is fresh.

Best Sushi ever

The sushi I had at this restaurant was very good and well served, likely the best I've ever had. The place is relatively small and can get crowded, I recommend making a reservation before leaving home.

Some of the Best Sushi I've Eaten

I've eaten some good sushi in my time, and this was up there with the best. I had lunch here on a Monday and it was pretty busy. The menu was extensive and the fish incredibly fresh which I guess you would expect bearing in mind the location. The staff were super friendly and the meal was very good value.

Takeout That Travels

We did takeout, and really enjoyed our food in the comfort of our home. Kira always delivers (no pun intended) great food at a reasonable price. We love this place.
