Morello Bistro has become my go-to choice for lunches with vendors. The tuna tartare is outrageous and the pasta entrees are delicious and filling. Yesterday I had a faro grain special with mushrooms and cheese, which was great. Today I had the caesar salad with fresh anchovies (not the super-salty canned variety). Morello is enjoying the business I used to... More

Can't say much for the food or service, but myself and three friends came to eat dinner her on a very warm July evening. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. When we were seated, we noticed floor fans in the dining room...we were informed then of no air conditioning. The folks confirming our reservations that afternoon got us... More

Had lunch at Morello in Greenwich today - very good experience. Had the orecchiette - always a good choice at a restaurant. Pinot grigio was superb - nicely chilled as it should be. Ask for the dining room instead of the bar area - much quieter, Thanks to Helen and staff.

May family and I hosted a lunch at Morello Bistro last week in their mezzanine. The location, food and service were fantastic. Catalina went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Everyone loved the food, which can sometimes be a challenge with such a large group. I look forward to returning to Morello.

Went here during Greenwich Restaurant week. Food was cooked well, but taste horrible. The venue used to be good and have not been in a while. Certainly will not return as all the dishes except the Beet salad was horrible. Definitely a pass. Go there for drinks or non-cooked snacks. The vaulted Cathedral ceiling style is beautiful. Asked the hostess... More

The decour in this restaurant is very cool and pleasant to dine in. We went late on a Sunday night. Not that many patrons which made it nicer for us. Service was very good as was the food. I had the Oreccheitte Pasta with Sausage/B. Rabe - excellent. My son had the pasta and lobster - excellent. The chicken piccatta... More

On Greenwich Avenue and easy to get a nice table on a weekday night. The location is in a former bank building with a high domed ceiling - nicely appointed and comfortable either on first or second floors. The bar area can get noisy at times so we prefer sitting near the back. The service is welcoming and the food... More

NOT UP TO USUAL Kathy and I went there with Andrew and Brian as this was the last weekend before school Have been there before. This time we weren't happy. The tuna tartar was overly made with too many capers. The endive salad was saturated with dressing. Not edible. Calamari was decent. The goat cheese ravioli was fair. The spaghetti... More

The restaurant setting is beautiful and situated right in the middle of Greenwich Avenue. Jimmy, the manager, makes everyone feel at home and the dishes won't disappoint.
