The menu is creative and contains a lot of vegetarian items. Their eggplant sandwich is wonderful as is their vegan burger. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The local artist artwork on the walls adds to the eclectic atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who is looking for an interesting and fun place to eat.

Our daughter told us about this place and she was spot on. Everything on the menu looked fantastic. From sandwiches to salads to burgers the food looked and sounded great. I mean when a place has Duck Rings--crispy onion rings topped with slow roasted pulled duck--on the menu you know this is a special place. In addition, the wait staff... More

My son, daughter-in-law, twin babies and I went to the Spicy Green Bean for Sunday brunch. The waitress was very friendly and seemed delighted with the babies. Our portions were huge, and the food was tasty. You have to get there early, though, on a Sunday because the restaurant fills up quickly.

Great food every single time. Sometimes they take old favorites and put their spin on them. Other dishes are just very creative and new things that you would never think of. Every dish I have ever had has been great. Been there for both breakfast and lunch. Wannna go back for dinner!

We went here for lunch and were on a time crunch. It took several mins to get seated and then we were told seat yourself at the back tables, thats all we got. The soda we received was expired and we didn't notice until my daughter had drank a bit of it. While they replaced it with a fresh one... More

After hearing many great reviews, we finally went for lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon. Although it was crowded, we were greeted right away and seated quickly. The service was really good and the food was outstanding. Every bite was delicious. We will definitely be back. Yummmmmm!!!

Who would have thought that you could have a culinary explosion eating soup? The butternut soup was over the top! The following week I tried the Tomato Basil soup with grilled cheese croutons......I could have consumed a quart! This is one of the best kept secrets around. Kudos for such a creative menu and very hard to make a choice.... More

I am writing this review with very mixed emotions ! We as a family have eaten at the Spicy Green bean for years - and LOVED IT ! Unfortunately our last 2 visits were just very lacking on all fronts.. This little gem has become so popular it is almost always a wait on weekends for breakfast - used to... More

This restaurant is more interesting than most. They change up the menu regularly and offer a small plate selection that works very well. It's a full meal for me. The soups are amazing. The last time we went they had 5 to choose from. It is also BYOB with the package store next door, it couldn't be easier. It's not... More

Not always open for dinner and the service is slow which is not a wait staff problem. Everything is delicious and made to order so kitchen is slow. Don't be in a hurry and try the peanut butter and jelly wings!
