There are Lot's of coffee shops in towns across the country that provide s unique and hospitable atmosphere that is less corporate and more unique, adding variety to our world. I've come to appreciate Daybreak in Glastenbury, CT when visiting family. The staff are friendly and attentive, the coffee excellent, I often purchase a pound or two along with my... More

Can't say enough about Daybreak. Whether it's picking up a few pounds of beans for home consumption or stopping in for an espresso post-bike ride, I always leave satisfied. The staff is super friendly and on top of things. They roast their own beans, so there is a wide variety of offerings that changes throughout the day. The pastries and... More

I have been frequenting Daybreak Coffee Roasters for many years, but enjoying it immensely more since the new owners - Carmelo and LInda - took over the place a few years ago. It's my default location when meeting friends for coffee or lunch, especially enjoying the outdoor patio on Main Street. Carmelo is meticulous in roasting the coffees that are... More

Excellent selection of coffee and tea. Our lunches were yummy and healthy. My chai tea latte was really good. They have tons of products to purchase that would make great gifts for foodies.

Looking for a local coffee shop, we stopped when we saw Daybreak. Being a first time visitor, a server pointed out the different coffees they offer along with the cafe offerings. Had a coffee and cranberry scone. The scone was fresh and very tasty. It was a great place to stop and relax on a rainy day. Look forward to... More

The staff was friendly and the coffee was fresh and well brewed. The breakfast sandwich selection was limited, with only ham and bacon with egg and mozzarella as the only cheese choice. It lucky had some very tasty bread. The tables and chairs are suitable for short stays, but long term homework or studying would not be comfortable. There were... More

This is a wonderful quaint like coffee shop. I have been there a couple of times but rarely find anything to eat. Very few choices. Please consider adding some small other sweet/savory things.

Having stopped here many times, I always rely on finding a great cup of coffee and a panino at Daybreak. Sandwiches are prepared by hand and feature high-quality ingredients. Pastries are delightful!
