Max Fish is a restaurant I've been wanting to go to. It did not disappoint. I had clam chowder, New England, it was one of the best I've had, perfect portion size. My husband ate raw bar items that he said were amazing. For lunch we both had salads. My husband had octopus, that he said was prepared to perfection. My... More

My friend recommended this place for happy hour and we went with a group of friends. The prices and drinks was very reasonable for someone on a budget. Everything We ordered was excellent I'm not too much of a seafood eater but I was glad that they had a beef burger on the menu. I had one and it was... More

This is the place to go if you are one of those special diets because they have very healthy selections. I had a lobster special and the sauce was out of this world. Pricy but that is what finicky eaters have to do.

We went to several happy hours - the first few were great. The last time we went every dish was not up to the standard I expected. We haven't been back since. Brunch is supposed to be very good.

We live in town and go out to eat often, and have been to Max Fish a few times for work functions but never for a sit down meal... so we decided to book for Valentine's Day. The food was delicious and the chef even made my stuffed lobster into more of a lobster casserole so I didn't have to... More

I am on a diet. So fish is good for me. What they gave me was perfect. Somebody invited me so the price was not my concern. Just go. You will enjoy.

Great place for lunch. The service is professional, it's not usually too crowded (more of a dinner place) and the food is excellent. I haven't tried every item, but everything I've tried has been wonderful.

Went there on a weeknight at 7:30. Terrible service including a 15 minute wait to see our waiter after bring seated and another 15 minutes for our drinks to show up. As a matter of fact, if I didn't sarcastically ask the waiter as he was walking by if our drinks were ready, we'd still probably be waiting. Oysters and... More

Hello Jay, I'm sorry your experience was not up to par, it sounds like we missed the mark. I'm guessing you were here a couple weeks ago, it's been a while since we had pork as a special. If you have a moment please send me an email bcosta@maxfishct.com, I'd like to make it up to you and your girlfriend.... More
