Never buy pizza from this particular franchise. They are a belligerent group of merchants. They are fraudulent and the health inspectors and BBB needs to investigate their business practices. I placed a call in order. The merchant said the price will be 22 plus taxes....My wife when to the store to pick up the pizzas. They price increased the price by 42%. I then contacted them at about 7:45 pm after reviewing the receipt. The rude receptionist said that they included a delivery fee. I ask her how can this be if my wife picked up the order in person. This franchise is crooked and I hope people redirect their business to somewhere credible like Frank Pepe or Sally’s. Imagine the amount of people that this cruel thing has happened to. The owner needs to retrain some of the employees especially the ones that are taking folks money subtly. I am extremely disappointed! I will never support this franchise. I rather eat frozen pizza rather that being scammed during this dreadful pandemic. The good book said, “ Treat others as how you would wanted to be treated.”More

I never like writing negative reviews, especially about pizza places. I love the name of this place. The variety on the menu a fantastic too. The employees were really cool and chill. My experience in the place was great. But the food was less than...okay. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and fries. Both were a four out of ten. The wings were supposed to be mild and they were so mild that there was no flavor. And honestly the chicken tasted a bit old or stale. Sorry, but it did. And the fries were sooooooooo bad. I was shocked. How does a fast food restaurant or any restaurant so so poorly with fries? They were totally frozen fries microwaved. Even if that's not actually what they were, that was the taste, texture and appearance of them. I love french fries but I did not finish these. They were flavorless, stale and tiny. I was so disappointed with all of my food. I hope this place makes good food besides what I ordered. I want it to be good. But I wouldn't bother trying it again unless it's for the pizza. I always give pizza a try. I should have just done that on my visit.More

Delicious pizza! They didn't serve pizza in prison. I recommend this place if you're on your way to meet a young girl

Pizza is good. If you eat in don’t expect great service. Good food. Good sauce. Good guys. We like this place lots.

We ordered food for delivery. Two orders of chicken fingers with fries and Asian grilled chicken salad were terrible. The chicken and fries were so hard to chew; eventually my family members threw the food away. The fries were terrible and hard. It reminded me...of frozen fries that were over fried. In regards to the salad, the lettuces was wilted and chicken was inedible . The only good thing was the ginger salad dressings which masked the taste. One last advice “AVOID , AVOID &AVOID”. I will not reorder from this place...More

We all had different desires for food but all were satisfied with pizzas and salads. Good variety of both. The servers were so nice. Prices were good.

There is tremendous choice for pizza in this area. Planet delivers and decent for a chain, better than other nationally advertised places. This Planet makes a good salad. Again, it's convenient, decent, they deliver but it's not brick oven nor anything like 'abietz' from a...brick oven purist. Certainly wouldn't steer anyone away but there is choice in the area. The staff was great by the way and made custom order a breeze. Having good staff is a major plus.More

There are much better pizzas around than Planet Pizza and better service too. They seem to do more business with Take-Out than Eat-In but the pizza is still poor; and the staff tends to ignore the people who want to eat-in and order at the...counter. ( No waitresses here). The pizza is greasy and not tasty. Like a frozen pizza with extra oil added. There is quite a bit of seating at this place on the Post Road but it's never more than partially full. I don't know how this place will survive with all the competition in Fairfield.More

I've had Planet Pizza in both Fairfield and Stamford Connecticut. Both are pretty much similar with regard to the pizza they serve. Equally good. You can get either a whole pie or get it by the slice. Pizza is one of those foods that reheats...nicely in a hot oven. ( provided it's not sitting under the glass counter too long). The garlic knots are good also here. But I like to try the other items on the menu as well. The veal parmesan hero (a grinder, we call it in Ct) was pretty awful. It was not fresh veal, but frozen. And freezer burned at that. You can tell because it's hard to chew, almost like leather. So, dont bother with the veal. The eggplant parmesan grinder was really good. Again, it's a frozen product, but eggplant freezes better than veal. Also, they each have their own frozen shelf life. Meats don't last too long in sub zero temps. The meatball grinders are also tasty. After the meal, ask for a canoli. Surprisingly good. Planet pizza Fairfield is a decent pizza stop. Give it a try. It's probably the least expensive meal in the area.More

Actually better than average, but not very good. Lots of variety for toppings. Still need to go to New York for the best pizza.
