It is a family custom to have Chinese food when the family comes together for a holiday. We have been disappointed for the last two years as our favorite Take-out had been sold. The food was not up to the previous owners' standards.
We have been trying unsuccessfully to find another real chinese style restaurant in Fairfield with no luck since our standby retired to leisurely pastures two years ago.

We went for the roast Peking duck and everything was greatly improved from a couple of months ago.
You have to reserve the duck ahead of time and you can indicate doneness ( we like crispy) .
