Excellent peel and eat and fish tacos- our favorites. Lively atmosphere, eat in or out, great service, music in background and no one minded when we got up to dance!

You can sit in house dining room, covered patio's with waitress service and have a great drink, or more casual out on umbrella tables using the... More

Over priced .. Small portions .. Food isn't bad but not the best with so many other places on the shoreline

We both ordered an order of whole bellied fried clams. It as largest order I have had since I was a kid at Branford point over 50 years ago. Clams were fresh, light colored cooked in great oil, not over done w/ great tartar and lemon wedge. We had the Rhode Island style clam chowder it was full of clams... More

We were kept waiting almost 20 minutes because we were told the rest of our party had not yet arrived and everyone had to arrive before we could be seated. THe rest of our group was already there, and when the staff member came to get us, she reprimanded me as though I was at fault for keeping everyone waiting.... More

We were back in town to celebrate life cycle events with family. We decided used to have dinner at the Sandpiper Although friends had been there the day before and had a so so experience and lousy dry lobster rolls at lunchtime, we decided we just had to have one. Big mistake. We were seated pretty quickly as the restaurant... More

I am being charitable when I say this restaurant is average. There were 8 for a family luncheon. First the Pros: the restaurant is pleasant and clean. It's been nicely updated and it's comfortable. There is covered outdoor seating. It has a good position across the street from the beach and you have views of Long Island Sound. Our waitperson... More

Went to the restaurant for a lobster roll. I was very disappointed with it as was the two other people in my party that ordered it. It was not up to their standards. It is usually quite full of lobster. These had a lot of shredded lobster and claw parts.
