I went here for the first time tonight at the recommendation of a business associate/friend. The service was excellent. We started with a quesadilla that was outstanding and then progressed to the primal bison burger. I would drive way out of my way to eat here again. Give it a try.

This is solid pub grub in downtown Derby. Their menu is a bit old compared with the competition but they continue to pump out the best real buffalo wings around.

I remember when this derby location first opened and the food quality has slipped over the years. We had to send the pork nachos back because the pork was so fatty. The situation was poorly handled by the staff. There is another much better place in derby that has the same type of menu, but done far better.

Took my family to Archie Moore's in Derby on August 21st after a long day dealing with a family tragedy. We had the following: My sister & I had the Grilled Pastrami Reuben Sandwich Thinly sliced grilled pastrami served with russian dressing, sauerkraut and swiss cheese on grilled rye. My Mother had the Bar Burger Topped with grilled onions, crisp... More

I enjoy coming to Archie Moores in general, but really enjoyed myself here in Derby. I love how I can rely on the menu items to stay the same across 5 CT locations and always expect a friendly staff! A scoop of vanilla ice cream at the end of my meal really hit the spot :)

Regular bar food menu the wings are better than most, they did offer happy hour for the wings 1/2 priced which was an excellent deal but they did away with that nothing to brag about but worth a try..

The main menu here is loaded with mediocre pub food, but the Buffalo Wings here are always awesome -- as good as any you will find anywhere. You can order them in multiples of 7 to whatever amount you like. Sometimes I come here and just order a plate of 21 for my entire meal.

We where there on a sub-zero day and I loved the fact that they had a double door foyer. It's a little thing but kept us toasty. The food and service are great! In the summer they have a secluded patio out back.

I had 2 eat here B cause it was a "new" thing 2 do in Derby. I can't remember how the food was it was sooo long ago that I ate it. Very noisy place 2 eat. People in Derby must love their bars. I felt like I was being watched by others while eating. Creepy feeling. Have not been... More
