Pretty spacious inside, and very close to the Western Connecticut State University campus, about 5-7 min walking from their garage. They had very tasty carnitas chimichangas, and were quite generous in the portions. Most of their entrees seem to be served with rice, sour cream and guacamole. Be aware, that they do put a lot of cooked onions inside the... More

Ate dinner at Pancho's. The food was actuall quite good, I had several varieties of tacos and a difficult to get right tamale, I would recommend the stewed lamb taco and the pork tamale. while the tamale was heavy on the masa it qas quite large and filling. The green sauce packed a little spice and was a nic compliment... More

I had a lime margarita on the rocks and it was perfect. I started my meal with some freshly made guacamole that was big enough to share with 3 others at my table. My burrito was tasty and the portion was mighty. I'll be back. Thank you !

Back then you could not get a decent Mexican meal in all of New York City. Thankfully that has changed. But I still think that for anyone who has lived... More

I ordered the combination fajitas which were filled with chicken and steak, but hardly any shrimp which is my favorite part. Also the meat was heavily marinated in a spicy sauce, so some may not want to order this dish.

Probably the best Mexican in Connecticut. I come from a Mexican family and I come here with my wife and kids for my "Mexican fix", probably once a month. My mom thinks the mole enchiladas are "just ok", but honestly Pancho's is better than her mole enchiladas - although I would never tell her that. Carnitas quesadillas is also very... More
