This could be a spectacular cafe. Unfortunately, it's not. The service is ho-hum and the food is just okay. We had lunch here and literally watched wait staff go across the street to to purchase our entrees. C'mon...

We were in the area and came across this restaurant and decided to give it a try - so glad we did. The inside is just so adorable with so much to look at. There is just stuff all over the restaurant from so many different years - also makes for some great conversation and some of the items throughout... More

My husband recently had lunch here with a friend so this Friday night, after a long absence, I suggested we go back for dinner. I used to eat here regularly, but for no special reason, had not been in many years. If you're not from the area and/or have never been, it's an old Victorian home hidden off a residential... More

Had a delicious dinner in this cute little place. Great hummus, tabouli and baba ghanoush. Dinner was delicious. Would recommend to all who love great middle eastern food!

Neat atmosphere with all sorts of miscellaneous stuff from all years spread around ... Makes it feel more like a home than a restaurant. There are many creative selections, which keep us coming back. While not a cheap eat, we always leave full and call it a good value. We ate this weekend around 6pm and had no trouble getting... More

Between business meetings in the Danbury area, and on a new friend's recommendation, I decided to have lunch here. Set in a multi-colored Victorian house, in a residential area, Sesame Seed seemed inviting, so I pulled into the parking lot behind the house. I nearly changed my mind about dining there because the grounds were a mess: junk piled up... More

We were on our way home through Danbury when we stopped here for dinner. They have no kids' menu, but they were really nice and accommodating to my picky children. The food my wife and I had was excellent. My wife had lamb kebab, and I had the sesame mahi-mahi. Both were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Fun setting in old house with old stuff. Food is eclectic but good. Lebanese food. For us and many of our community it's all about the large "seed" salads bread and Hummus to go. Seed salad is large lettuce small onions tomatoes feta and sesame seeds covered in great lite fresh dressing! Call in for a Seed salad now!

Unique relaxed eclectic setting, in the family for 37 years. An early Friday night dinner for us. The calamari appetizer was excellent - not fried, in a rich flavorful tomato sauce. The Mystic scallops were cooked perfectly. Lots of locals came in and out picking up carry out. The online menu is not accurate - the entrees cost a bit... More
