I took a friend here while she was visiting from out of town, and we were both really impressed with both the large menu and the quality of the food. We bought a few things (homemade donuts, cupcakes, and cookies) to share, and everything was...delicious. The staff were professional and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. They told me that while they aren't the original owners (this bakery's been around for a while), they kept up the same baking techniques, and it shows in the quality of the foods and the large number of people who were in here.More

Huge selection

The bakery is jam packed with delectable delights. Cookies, cakes, donuts, breads and more makes it so easy to find the just right treat to bring home but you can't leave there with just one item.

Old Time Bakery

I call it an Old Time Bakery because my family has been going there since I was born. Every Sunday, after church, we would drive to Harvest Bakery for black bread, rye bread and one or two dozen hard rolls. Best tasting stuff you could...ever put in your mouth. After over 30 years, I went back to Bristol and visited the bakery to see if it was still as good. Of course, the original owners are no longer there, but, the folks running it now have kept up the tradition of producing the finest baked goods around! I'll be back every time I'm back in Bristol.More

Don't need to bake with harvest around corner

I enjoy everything we get each time we pick something to try and at least 1 old favorite. With Easter around the corner, we needed to deforestation geometrically brunch besides the cream cheese topped carrot cake I bring each year. Still warm glazed donuts are...running neck and neck with raspberry filled croissants...More

Best Donuts

Harvest is a visit to days gone by when things were homemade not mass produced. The donuts are crazy good! My mommy’s personal fav is the reverse Boston. I bring them everywhere.. work , my doctor (so she doesn’t yell at me about my weight)...and anywhere else I possibly can bring them . My accountant loves the German chocolate squares . Try Harvest , you won’t be disappointed .More

Pi Day...Success

Best Bakery around

The Italian and Rye breads are fantastic. Then the baked goods and pies are a hit when we have company. We have been going to this Bakery for 45 years and have friends that moved to Rhode Island but stock up when they visit. New...owner but still the same recipes and great staff.More

Out of this world so Delicious

The Staff is great and the bakery good are amazing - the strawberry peach cake is wonderful like everything else

SUNDAY MORNING

The best hard rolls ever. On Sundays you can get winter wheat, cranberry walnut German course rye, things that you just can not get anywhere else and it is reasonably priced. OH and the Gouda is the best. The sourdough makes one fantastic grilled cheese...sandwich.More

Best bakery in town!

If you don't have a local bakery in your town, make the drive to Bristol and visit Harvest! Everything is fresh, the staff is great and you won't be disappointed! I recommend the Swedish cardamon!

Harvest bakery, a gem of Bristol

Harvest bakery is a traditional green of Bristol by serving the public for over 75 years. They make breads, pies, pastries, cakes and doughnuts. Everything is fresh and delicious.

Freshness you can't beat

From the seeded rye bread to crusty hard rolls, this is my favorite. The raspberry and blueberry coffee rings are deliciously moist. A fresh cup of coffee and any of their tasty selections is a great way to start your day.

The Best!

Harvest is the Best for anything and everything. I have been going there for 25 years. They are so well known in the community that they are like your family. Employees are great also.
