If I want to spend mucho dollars for a so-so steak and OK sides and an average $12 glass of wine, then I guess this is the place. I wouldn't go back as there is also zero ambiance.

this place is in the heart of the Bridgeport business district and easy to get to via 95. the service is prompt and very professional and our server was astute to our questions. the special Josephs Salad for two is enough for four is to die for. it is made with their house made thick bacon which is sprinkled on... I've been traveling the shoreline for years, who knew this gem was in Bridgeport. There were two of us for dinner. We were told you have to start off with the bacon appetizer (which is a meal unto itself) and there you have it, Hook, Line, and Sinker. The bacon appetizer were four large pieces of 2 inch think bacon... More

With places like Capitol Grille 20 minutes away, why would anyone want to visit the armpit of New England for a poor meal at best? This is the question we are asking ourselves now after dropping $300 on what was supposed to be excellent food. The house salad was good, but that's where it ends. We all had the filet... More

If you want a great steak, take a train to New York instead it's only an hour away and more fun. This place is a Ripp Off! Not worth the $ for what they serve. Not even the best grade if meat they claim to have. They think they are Peter Luger's. NOT EVEN CLOSE! This is a steak place... More

Always a delicious meal at Joseph's Steakhouse. Steaks and service are always fantastic! Definitely order the creamed spinach and potatoes.

This restaurant is the closest to Peter Lugars that you will find with actually having to drive all the way to Brooklyn

So every year our company takes us out for St Patrick's day parade. And usually my boss likes to stop here for our company dinner! The steaks are fantastic. The creamed spinach is great

Had a recent business dinner at the restaurant. Honestly, it was a decent steak house. The steak was good, well-cooked but not memorable. The sides were the safe too and the menu had plenty of non-beef options. All-in-all, it's a solid place for a business dinner.

You feel like you might see Al Pacino here. Steaks are top notch and the cocktails are perfect. Probably the best thing going in Bridgeport.

Thank Sean M
