We visited for breakfast and they had a wonderful selection of breakfast items. Very unique dishes that tasted wonderful. Also has a little jewelry/bag shop on the outside of the restaurant which my daughter and I loved.

enjoyed a fabulous, western inspired breakfast. noticed from other reviews that it's crowded so we went early - but the service was great & didn't see others having to wait very long. Will have to visit again because there were so many great sounding offerings on the menu.

We stopped at the Mountain Rose on our way from Breckenridge to the Rockies and immediately liked the warm, welcoming and unpretentious surroundings. My daughters loved the teddy pancakes and the oatmeal was (as promised) outstanding. Attentive and genuine service, delicious food and a coffee cup always ready to be refilled made for a great experience. Thank you!

CrAzY about their oatmeal! Sounds silly maybe but it's oh! so good!! We shared a table with another couple (which was fun) and heard a rave review about man pie. The also created a tasty traditional breakfast for us too. If you like oatmeal at all, try theirs...IT'S OUTSTANDING!!!

We had breakfast here one day then comeback the next morning for seconds. I hadn't eaten here in years but I remembered it being great and it still is. Super friendly service as well.

Best breakfast spot in all of Winter Park. Friendly, helpful staff and tremendous food. Best homemade oatmeal in existence. Whole wheat pancakes are fantastic as the entire breakfast menu! Well worth the trip!

Going to the Mountain Rose Cafe has become a family tradition for us when we visit Winter Park. It's a warm, pleasant atmosphere and ever item we've ever tried on the menu has been excellent!

We have eaten here a number of times over the years. Service is always slow because Grand County is a tourist area and most of our businesses don't try because they don't have to. They are no exception. Went on an unusually slow day, only three tables seated. Still slow, still rude servers busy talking at the counter instead of... More

After xcountry skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch, my daughter and I stopped in this small restaurant just off Highway 40. Wow - what a find! I had the Avocado - Ole and my daughter had chocolate chip whole grain pancakes. Both were really delicious and such large portions, we took 1/2 home as a second meal. I highly recommend this...
