A lot of familiar dishes in the menu. Unfortunately I have dined and wined in France. This is clearly an American interpretation. I had the blinis with caviar as starter. Unfortunately the blinis were not made of buckwheat and tasted like pancakes. Too sweet for...More

We booked here quite late in the day and as a result had a ‘ high table’ allocated opposite the bar. But we loved it as it was ideal for people watching. The menu is classic and retro in feel with dishes like deep fried...More

Such an amazing brunch experience! Must do, the bottomless mimosas were so great, the food was awesome (we shared the French toast between 4 of us and was amazing!) and I had the Swiss Galette which was to dream for! I want 10 more of...More

I started with Escargot which were warm not bubbling hot. Covered with cut toast which I removed in favor of their excellent French bread. Would have benefitted from more garlic and a touch of Pernod. The trout came dry and skin side up so not...More

Dinner at Vintage was quite nice. Among the four of us, we had mussels, fish en papillote, and hanger steak, after starting with a charcuterie plate. Everything was excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices were average for Vail restaurants, which means pricey for any...More

The wait staff was excellent. The trout and the hangar steaks were outstanding. We enjoyed the energy of the place asa well as the attention that we were given. The food did not disappoint. I will return I'm sure.

Wouldn't call this restaurant a French bistro, although many of the dishes may be inspired by French cuisine. Nice and comfortable inside, service was polite but somewhat inexperienced. Very expensive for 6 people the bill was over $600 with the added 20% tip and Vail...More

Small, beautiful French bistro with creative decor, nice lighting/ambiance, very friendly, polite, attentive staff (though our waiter this time was a bit inexperienced). Food is good to excellent; very nice house salad and baked brie, delicate fish, good bread, decent pear/burrata salad, hot chocolate.
