This restaurant never disappoints. Grilled fish, potatoes and an arugula side make for a fabulous dinner. We love Montauks!

Great location and the 50% off was a deal. But there were out of several items we ordered. Several of the sides that came out were cold. Service was great. Maybe it was just early season. Might give it a second chance. Not sure.

We dined with Montauk November 15th, 2016. Service was a bit slow;but it is the off season in Vail. -Which was a pleasant surprise as there were many good deals! My husband had the New York Strip and I had the Alaskan King crab. Both meals were perfectly cooked and superb!

We had a wonderful seafood dinner at Montauks. They claim that all their fish is fresh. The Caesar Salad was plentiful and well prepared. The Arctic Char and Salmon were also well prepared. The only dish we didn't like was the Jambalaya because the rice was hard but at 7,000 feet rice never cooks. We had a table in the... More

Having lived in Vail for several years, this was our first time here. We have several friends that love it. That being said, we were quite perplexed at the ravings of said friends. We came in with early reservations and was promptly sat. The bus person was prompt with the water and then we waited... It's a little annoying when... More

Could be the best Tuna I have ever had. We were here in the off season where the choices and quality are hit or miss. This place is worth the walk from Vail Village. The service was great and the food was perfect.

We were unsure how good the seafood would be at a Long Island named/themed restaurant in the middle of the Rockies, but Montauk carries a nice variety of seafood items, and they are all fresh and well-prepared. Service was prompt, and the hostess was diligent in insuring that diners needs are met if the servers are busy. We dined during... More
