We stopped by this diner on our way from Grand Junction to Denver. It's a nice busy place, the food is prepared right in front of you, the service is super, the food is good; not great!

45 to 50 minute wait...I was tempted to skip it. But I had read the reviews and so we decided to go for a walk. The paging system the use to keep you notified works really well. So glad we waited. It was worth it. The food came quickly, hot and tasty. I had the Florentine omelet. Substitutions easy. Coffee... More

Order the juevos rancheros! Go early. Make a reservation. They serve until 2:00 pm. Delicious I!! Very popular with the locals & touted as one of the best breakfast restaurants in Vail!

Perfect Vail breakfast experience. Cozy little establishment with fantastic options. Pony up to the bar type seating and watch the magic happen right in front of you. Excellent crepes, eggs benedict, and western/southwestern egg options. The pork green chili sauce (had never tried it before) is a must!

This is a great spot for breakfast. Everything our group ordered was awesome. You can watch the cooks show off their craft. They work magic in such a confined space, and everything they serve looks delicious. Currently, everyone sites around a bar style scenario and there are no tables. It does provide a front row seat to the cooking show,... More

The wait was an hour when we arrived, but once you get a look at the place you see why. They have maybe 20 seats situated around a horseshoe bar, but the entire operation except the dish room is behind it. Kind of fun to be right there watching the guys cook your meal. Both our meals were great, the... More

So happy they instituted the on-line waiting list. Show up in person early to add your name and they will send a text when your seat is ready. Well worth the effort!!!!

Not many places in Lionshead for breakfast! Luckily the Little Diner is there. Standard but good breakfast. But there's very limited seating so go early or plan on a long wait. They make it easy because they text ya when there's a seat so your not stuck standing there for an hour.

Food is great. Period. Now some tips. This place is truly tiny. Only 20 seats available. Simple math says you won't have enough seats for everyone who will see these reviews and will want to give the place a try. When you decide to go, know that you will have to sign in to get on list; know that you... More
