Great Great Breakfast

We eat breakfast here at least once every time we ski Vail. The diner is small and focused. Typically, there is a lineup at 7 a.m. (which is "about" when they open) for the 20 or so seats with the majority of those early birds being skiers. As well, for the first few hours each day you might have... read more

One of the best diners in America based on my experience. The owner/chef seems to have culinary abilities beyond just about any other top-end diner. Each menu item is made to perfection!

A wonderful little breakfast place in Lionshead. There always seems to be a wait but it's definitely worth it. Great menu and great service. If you're looking for a good breakfast place, head here first!

It is certainly a little diner. Had to wait, but not long to be seated. There are no tables it's just seating around the bar. Food as good and well priced. I would say it's Vails best kept secret, but I think everyone knows about it, there was a constant flow of people in the door.

The food is worth the wait. The Little Diner serves up some amazing breakfast dishes that are always light, clean and extra delicious. Hands down on the best breakfasts around. There is very limited seating so arrive early!

After the amazing reviews this place gets and the number one rating here in trip advisor I must write a review contradicting what I've read. The service is slow, it's always too crowded, it's WAY to easy to fall off the raised bar style tables, the servers are rude/impatient/rushed, the food is no different than any other breakfast place in... This place is excellent! Tons of breakfast options to choose from and of the ones my boyfriend and I tried they were delicious. I got the breakfast burrito which was very flavorful and they give you large portions. My boyfriend got a side of pancakes and it was the best pancake I've ever had. It had a crust on the... More

This is a breakfast and lunch place. The best value, the best taste, and the best experience in Vail. Crepe, omelet, pancakes, waffle, egg creations and more. All created in a show--spectacle--that all seated around the bar encircling the cooking station can marvel at. Last time I looked it was rated by Tripadvisor as the #1 restaurant in Vail. Wife (works... More

Very unique dining experience, bar stools surrounding the kitchen. We all had burgers which were excellent. Very friendly staff too. Reasonable price for their location -even though it was a little difficult to find.
