Fun place to come and eat a great breakfast. It has a cool layout that is u shaped around the cooks so you can watch them make you food. It is small so i recomend getting there early. The food was great and very resonably priced.

Went for breakfast to see what all the hype is about. I get it now. Great little unassuming place with phenomenal food. The Dutch baby is a must!

This is the greatest breakfast in Vail, and possibly in Colorado. There is only one drawback, and that is the fact that you will almost certainly have to wait if you arrive in the early morning. It opens at 7 and there is usually a lineup that exceeds the number of seats. But the food is great, prepared quickly, and... More

Went on the recommendation from Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed! Loved the small intimate feel of sitting at the counter and watching the team and cooks work together. The food was fast and fantastic, had a Rueben with fried onion strings, can't wait to go back. Location was a little hard to find the first time.

A delicious and filling breakfast in Vail! The Little Diner offers a great variety of breakfast items and it's a very budget friendly option compared to other dining places in the area. Definitely plan on arriving early in order to grab a seat since seating is limited.

For years we have heard about this place and that it is very hard to get a seat. It is worth the wait! The Little Diner is only open for breakfast and lunch from about 7 to 2. It is a tiny place with a counter shaped like the letter U. You can go in and register your name, and... More

Good breakfast. We had 2 eggs, hash browns, bacon (when you ask for limp bacon, they actually cook it that way. And, it's not raw. Just limp and juicy the way I like it!), toast, and fresh squeezed oj for 2 people. Bill with 20% tip was $31. Need I say more? One person at the Marriott buffet is $33!

We had to wait about 30 or 40 minutes for seats, but it was worth it, and the staff were very polite about it. The food was awesome.

We tried the huevos rancheros and the Dutch pancakes. Both, very good. There are only 16 barstools and a breakfast wait of up to 2 hours so the so the automated reservation system works well. Send a scout early to register, and you will get an email when there are stools for you. All of the staff wore hats or... More

Good way to start the day. Could be a wait but they take your name and send a text. You could shop around the village while waiting.
