there is a reason they're at the top of the list of breakfast places in Vail. Do not miss out on this little gem in Lions Head. Miriam was our server and provided the kind of prompt service you want when hungry for breakfast and...steered us in the right direction. I had the corned beef hash and may have to return tomorrow for an encore meal! Be sure to check the website and book online with them to avoid long waits.More

DO NOT take the 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor to heart. I had a bacon breakfast burrito. The amount of bacon MAYBE would have covered my thumb nail. I've never had a more bland, tasteless burrito in my life. I asked for salsa and even the...salsa was flavorless. Tomatoes, and onions. The whole cup had one (1) piece of either jalapeno or green chile. Thankfully my wife saved me a bite of her bacon or I would have never gotten a real taste of this (self proclaimed) "Legendary" breakfast spot. The hash browns are good. Can't wait to drive right by this place next time through Vail.More

Always an excellent meal at The Little Diner! They now have a few tables available for outdoor dining. Their hash browns are amazing, the portions are lunch, and the food is always delicious. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stop in Vail for breakfast. Free and easy parking. Challenging to find however it was a beautiful day and sights to walk around. Excellent service. Delicious momisa, skillet, and eggs, bacon, hashbrowns. Definitely stop and eat.

Even tho it was lunchtime, breakfast it was! We both had tbr mushroom and Swiss omelets, which were delicious. Side options included choice of bread, hash browns or fresh fruit. The fruit was fantastic...blueberries,blackberries, just perfect. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Very delicious brunch with quality ingredients! Everything ordered was delish!! We had two with poached egg plates, one kids breakfast and one omelet plate (cheddar and mushroom.) The hash browns were perfect! Will be back whenever we’re back in town!

amazing food! Even with the Covid restrictions, it was amazing! The huevos rancheros had great taste and just the right spice.

We hiked to the top of the Lionshead gondola and then came back to Vail for lunch. Little Diner is always our town favorite. They have a table set-up outside and take to-go orders. But, they also have tables set-up in the breezeway where you...can sit and eat. I had my usual, red raspberry pancakes. My friends had burgers and a Reuben. I’ve never eaten lunch food at Little Diner, but their burgers were great and the Reuben was huge. Great lunch and breakfast! Now, great for take-out too!More
