If you love to try new variety of fish directly from Japan then Osaki's is your place to go! We had the best Japanese in years... really! And we loved it so much that will are planning to come back tomorrow. It's a tiny place and its hard to reserve, but its worth it.

The bartender greeted us when we walked in, then the hostess came and was so warm and informative on the yummy specialities of theirs. The Chef was so much fun to watch and put together such exquisite pieces of art to eat. He made a very delicious jalepeno roll that had just the right kick. Even gave us a super... More

I took my daughter here while we were in town. We were walk ins but were seated at the sushi bar. The service was friendly but it took a little while to be served. The miso soup came at the same time as the sushi. The fish itself was good but the nigiri pieces were small. A couple sat down... More

If your a sushi fan this is the spot. a little hard to find, its hidden behind the Sebastian hotel. l better than Yama, and as good as Matsu, but half the price. walk in only unless your a regular. only negative no drinks besides beer a, sake, and wine, and no dessert.

Incredible place, only has around 25 seats but service and food are incredible. They only take reservations one week in advance, but make sure you have one. Place is small so large parties are difficult to fit in. Osaki sushi is my favorite dish, along with the specials which are flown from japan. Very friendly service and owners are there... More

We ate here for our daughter's 7th birthday on vacation. The food was good, not one of the best hibachi places we visited. They don't have the big hoods above the tables and one of the cook's fire displays set the fire alarm off. I imagine this happens frequently without the hoods over the cookers. The fire alarm went off... More

If you've spent any time in Japan, you will appreciate the authentic feel of this little place in Vail. They even had seafood specials flown in from Japan! Everything was delicious and fresh, and they have a very extensive specials menu of sashimi and appetizer dishes. Loved it!

My husband and I make this our first reservation when we visit Vail. Excellent sushi and service! Small restaurant with about 25 seats - part of its charm.

Really, this ranks among the best sushi you can get. Flown in fresh daily. Be sure to get the fresh wasabi, it's worth it! Also be sure to make reservations!!
