Tetrra Bistro is a favorite in our Family and has been for several years! The food is very sincere and creative without going over the top. Regardless of the dish, the flavors are always interesting and very complementary. I was a little disappointed to see only one salad on the menu, but it was excellent! My husband enjoyed the scallop... More

A great happy hour -- this is a place that has its moments but has not quite achieved the greatness it aspires to -- service is solid if sometimes stolid -- nice choice of wines by the glass

I've given a handful (maybe too many) five star reviews. This place is a superstar. My wife is gluten free and to get a basket to start with a stiff sort of GF pita was amazing . Who starts a table with a GF "bread". Dip it in the Indian spice mix and it was a real joy. All five... More

We had a fabulous meal - the trout is so so good! I highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere too. Our waiter Vladimir was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Crispy asparagus was awesome!

The restaurant was recommended by a local. We went early and it was not very crowded causing us a little anxiety about our choice. It gradually picked up so it probably reflects our early reservation. The staff from the host to the waiters were pleasant, friendly and attentive - professional in all respects. My wife and I split a garden... More

We attended a concert at Bravo Vail and wanted a restaurant near the concert venue. The staff was friendly and accomodating since we didn't have a reservation. We sat at the bar for drinks and an order of duck fat fries which were delicious until our table was ready. I ordered two small plates: Eggs and bacon (hard boiled eggs... More

Went here after pre-checking that they could accommodate vegetarians. They said they could make a gnocchi-green olive dish on the menu without the lamb. This was supposed to be a "medium" plate. Ordered that, ended up with a laughably small sized portion of gnocchi with marinara sauce, no olives in sight, for $18. Asked the waiter, turned out they were... More

Who would ever have thought terra Bistro would serve sliders ($9 each), fried veggies, spring rolls and the like? Waiter told us they were trying to get away from "fine dining" and boy was he right. So, they downscaled the food but went to a "small plates" motif so the bill is the same as it ever was after you... More

If you are staying at VML, this place is fine for a casual dinner, but don't go out of your way for it. There is just something wrong about the atmosphere and the menu. It lacks any real identity, or a consistent theme. The execution was fine, but not great. Although we tried a number of dishes, nothing stood out;... More

We ate here on a Saturday evening with my parents and my two 4 year olds and 12 year old. We all had a GREAT time! They had the most amazing menu, and our waiter (Vladimir) was very knowledgeable and attentive. We had several small plates and each also ordered a "medium plate", which meant we all got to try...
