Enjoyed lunch in a cozy enclosed balcony. Fireplace and tidy bar in the rear, lodge rooms available. Twin Lakes is small so walking distance to everything you'd like to see locally.

Thank you Kathy, for joining us for lunch in our sunroom during your visit to Twin Lakes.
I wrote a review about the restaurant under the Twin Lakes Inn title. Anyway, the food was really good and the service was great. Almost all diners have a view of the mountains which seem like they're just across the street. I highly recommend the...trout and the pan-seared duck, and also the blueberry pana cotta dessert. And the bartender -- good drinks. It was magical to start our day at 4 AM in Massachusetts and end it having a wonderful dinner among really majestic mountains.More
Thank you for treating us to a two-fer with posts here and under our lodging page, too. We're delighted you enjoyed the views and to hear about your positive experiences with our food and service.
We go here for our anniversary. The food was delicious! The service was excellent! We love sitting by the window and watching the hummingbirds drink from the feeder. Memorable dinner and atmosphere!
Thank you for making us part of your anniversary, Susie!
Great food, ambience and location. In a small town like Twin Lakes, it's a treat to have a restaurant this good.
We're very glad you could dine with us, BK. Thank you!
My girlfriend and I found this place while planning our trip to Colorado. We stayed at the Twin Lakes Inn and we also dropped in here for dinner. We both had a nice meal here in their nice bar area and had a nice conversation...with a gentleman that was living nearby. Our service and food were great and we certainly recommend this to anyone that wants a nice meal. They were very nice and it has a nice ambiance for this restaurant. So come here for a great meal!More
We're very glad you could dine and stay with us on your Twin Lakes visit. Thank you!
Located in a amazing emplacement, right besides the lakes, it’s really surprising to find this delicious food in a charming environment, served by very kind hosts
Thank you, @Arousa_2015! We're so glad you could join us during your stop in historic Twin Lakes, Colorado.
The red fish dinner was amazing, as were the fresh baked cookies! The long islands were good too! We'll be back next time we drive through Twin Lakes!
We're glad you enjoyed some of our Southern Lake County hospitality, Shelby. Thank you for dining with us. We look forward to seeing you again.
We were staying at the companion Twin Lakes Roadhouse Lodge across the street. Reservations were recommended when we contacted the staff. They are only serving dinner, but it is all elegant and tasty, with an extensive wine and cocktails list, even if my focus was...primarily on craft beers. Our second night we were joined by an old friend and his wife for an impromptu reunion, which may have stretched on a bit toward closing time. No one was hovering over us to move us along. Charm and warmth to accompany great food.More
Thank you, Edward, for dining with us during your stay in historic Twin Lakes Village. Our weeknight dining continues for a few more weeks when we will shift to our Fri-Sat-Sun service hours for the TWIN-ter season. We hope to see you again next time...More
I stopped in for lunch and was intrigued by an appetizer of “smoked chicken wings”. Buffalo-styled wings are one of my favorite foods, so I placed the order. The wings came out naked—no coating. They were huge, all the first joint of the wing. The...combination of the smoked meat with the Buffalo sauce was a match made in heaven! The six wings were enough for a meal, unless you were foolish enough to share.More
Thank you, @Edbo, for making a lunch stop at the Inn and giving our smoked Buffalo wings a try. While we're thrilled to achieve your "world's best" rating, we also know our wings are a favorite choice of many guests. We also have BBQ and...More
An unplanned lunch stop on the way up to Snowmass for a long weekend! Food was so good that we timed our return to make another stop. The dry rub wings were so good that i would have happily bought a jar of the seasoning...if they sold it. We tried a variety of food and everything was great!More
Thank you, Karin, for making a chance lunch stop then doubling down on your return to discover more of our menu offerings as part of your weekend activities. Please join us anytime you're in the Twin Lakes area.
We came over for the weekend brunch and it did not disappoint. Grits were a real nice treat! Andy was so hospitable and welcoming. If you are heading over the pass, or looking for a nice morning drive I highly recommend stopping or head to...the Twin Lakes Inn! Cant wait to come back for lunch in the summer!More
We're glad you enjoyed our TWIN-ter brunch on your recent visit to Twin Lakes! It'll be great to see you again when our Fri-Sat-Sun lunch service resumes in late May.
I cannot give this Inn and Restaurant enough credit to justify how much we enjoyed this place. I wish I had pictures of our food and inside the restaurant. This place is amazing and the food and service were excellent. My family constantly talks about...how beautiful everything was and how great the people were. If you are looking for a place to step back in time then this place should be your destination.More
Our thanks to you and your 'Cornerstone357' family for dining with us during your Twin Lakes Colorado travels. We look forward to seeing you again!
We stayed in the roadhouse lodge next-door for four nights and ate dinner every night at the twin lakes Inn Restaurant. Twin Lakes is a tiny little town and so often you find when there’s only one choice of restaurant it’s not very good. Not...so with this place! The food was excellent! The Inn is a historic building and we loved sitting by the fireplace. All the food is very fresh. The spicy trout was yummy, we enjoyed the hamburgers, the mushroom appetizer is fantastic, my husband said the salmon was delicious while I tried the elk sausage which was also great. We both had a chicken dish which was delicious, and I was ordering food to go for the next morning. They took care of me with my gluten-free diet restrictions. Very friendly atmosphere. And the owner was especially wonderful and generous with his time giving us ideas of things to do outdoors in the area. Highly recommend!More
Thanks, "JSJR", for dining with us during your visit to Twin Lakes and your stay with our wonderful neighbors at the Roadhouse. We're glad you enjoyed the meals our terrific kitchen team cooks up. Please come see us again on your next visit.
We were out on a road trip with no destination and no set plan or reservation for the night. About 5:30 we found ourselves down at Twin Lakes and this little Inn had a room and an excellent restaurant. Andy, the manager, was super friendly...and professional. They're about to close for the winter in the next week or so. We had a nice room with pretty furnishings including some antique tables and dresser. Towels were good and thick and the bathroom was well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place in the future and would stay again if we are in the area.More

I would first say get a reservation. This is pretty much it in town. We had two great dishes - I had the ribeye cooked perfect with great flavor and my wife had the veggie pasta, also great.
Thanks, Joe! We're glad you enjoyed dining with us during your stay.
