First, to be fair... the food tasted very good. Unfortunately, everything else was "terrible". Here are the highlights: - We ordered a bison burger sunrise (burger with fried egg) and a pulled pork sandwich. The pork sandwich came with a side of potato salad. While eating the potato salad, I discovered a metal shaving in mouth. I brought this to... More

I stopped by on a road trip to get some quick food and was very pleasantly surprised. From the name I thought it would be a coffee shop with maybe some food, but turns out it's a great restaurant. Buffalo burgers were great, salads were big, beer selection was vast, and the entire staff was friendly. I was so impressed... More

We were looking for a decent restaurant for supper on our trek from Albuquerque to Denver. The Grind stays open until 8 pm and has a bar. The menu is mostly sandwiches, burgers, and salads, but they were able to make my sandwich with delicious gluten free bread. My husband had a buffalo burger that was delicious. The food was... More

It looks like a coffee cafe, and it does that too, but it's also got a full bar and great menu with impressive food. Friday and Saturday nights include fresh seafood options. Burgers, pastas, more. Recommended.

Town is undergoing a bunch of renovation, and getting around can be a little time consuming. Still, the owner/server/hostess greeting and hanging out make this such a nice place to relax. They have a decent bar, and good food. This is a solid choice for any time.

Tried the Reuben and really enjoyed it! Great atmosphere. Now that the road work is complete in front access is much easier and the new street look is enchanting for a small town

I love this coffeehouse! The atmosphere is pretty laid back and peaceful. The coffee drinks are really good, as well as the teas and fruity drinks. The baristas are so friendly and nice and will make any concoction desired. The food is really good, too. Whether it's just a snack or dessert to go with your coffee or lunch or... More

We had a wonderful breakfast on an overnight trip to Trinidad. The waiter made great recommendations and the kitchen staff personally came to the table to confirm the order and then to check on the food. The coffee was really good, so much that I ordered more to go upon leaving. There is major construction out front so the street... More

We are a full service restaurant with a unique quality of having a full service espresso bar, as well as a full bar. We proudly serve a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Our coffees are always fresh and we are proud to feature Spanish Peaks Coffee Company out of Colorado Springs.
