Sita's Kitchen is located down town Trinidad on the North East corner of Commerical St and Main St. We specialize in baked good and fresh wholesome meals. In the kitchen we use organic, non-GMO and locally sourced ingredients. All baked goods and meals and created on site. This spot is great for amazing vegan food! We eat at Sita’s every time we’re in Trinidad—we even get takeout multiple meals if our trip allows. Sita’s is our favorite place to eat in Trinidad! Highly recommend 🤌

It’s a challenge finding a fast and healthy meal on the road, so I was delighted to come across Sita’s Kitchen. There are so many tempting vegetarian and vegan lunch offerings, it was hard to decide. My salad with grilled tofu was fantastic with fresh greens, grape tomatoes, yellow pepper, onions, carrots, and a tasty creamy dressing. The ambiance is boho and plants adorn a light-filled window. WiFi is good, and bathrooms are clean. Will be back!

Excellent food and friendly service. My husband, who frowned at the initial idea of eating at a vegan restaurant, loved every bite of his BBQ Jackfruit sandwich. We ordered the rooted veggies with hummus and I ate every last bite! The soup of the day was also yummy and my falafel salad was perfection.

I’m choosing 5 out of 5 because although it’s a bit pricey, the food is always great. I’ve been there a few times and never disappointed. Beware of the upselling, because your tab could increase fast. Overall, use your brain & enjoy the food.

As of December 2020 they only had carry out orders, no dine in service. You can order online, call ahead or order in the restaurant. I had the khichdi which was excellent and had lots of ginger. I had a hot matcha latte and gf carrot cake which were both so tasty. I would go back again!

Yummy! You wouldn’t think this small town would have healthy vegan options. Very friendly and fast service. It was nice to have tasty clean options while on a road trip. Well… chocolate cake probably wasn’t healthy, but sure was good.

Stopped in for lunch while walking Main St in Trinidad. Thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed sweet potato with grilled veggies and spiced tofu! Check it out!

Healthy food, interesting, good special ,Clean, Pleasant, interesting decor. As a vegetarian it was great to find I could order anything on the entire menu. My husband eats meat and loved it also.

Everything a bit dry but tasty... rolled in to T town Monday evening.. downtown restaurants mostly closed ... Sitas open and empty.. but had an excellent buttery herbed grilled cheese and tomorrow and falafel salad that was plentiful but also dry.. brownies GF also dry .. best part nice people and it was Open

This is my favorite restaurant! The food is always fresh and delicious! I stopped in two days ago for dinner and had The most amazing tofu scramble! Delicious, nutritious, warm filling food on a cold day! The atmosphere and service are amazing! A visit to Sita's never disappoints!

It was quite a surprise to find an all vegan restaurant in such a small town. This place is owner operated, so each time we were there (twice) the owners were there working. I think this makes for a better experience. All of the food was delicious. We enjoyed the hummus & veggies with flatbread, the falafel sandwich on flatbread, falafel salad and french toast.Try it all out.

The food in this restaurant is wonderful. We weren't actually looking for a vegan place; but, I'm certainly glad we didn't pass it by. The quinoa bowl was refreshing and tasty--everything was fresh. It was so good we went back a second and third time just so I could enjoy the same meal. My husband had the falafel salad twice and had enough left to take home to supplement his dinner. The third trip there he ordered the falafel bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything is fresh and homemade. Jessica and Justin were welcoming and very friendly. My husband and Justin had a great deal in common and spent lots of time discussing world affairs. I would have gone there everyday if we hadn't had other plans to tour around the countryside. I rate this restaurant as the best place we ate in our five days in Trinidad.

We changed our driving route getting to Plano from Estes Park so we could stop at Sita's Kitchen for lunch That was a really good decision. We liked the food so much that we carried out dinner as well! We had the khichdi at lunch, and the Falafel salad for dinner. We plan to make this our lunch stop on every trip to Colorado. Thanks to Trip Adviser reviewers for accurate, useful information!
