A mid-week night was still mostly full. A guitar player offered nice Spanish tunes while we enjoyed dinner. The duck was excellent while the roasted chicken was acceptable. Nice wine list at fair prices. Owners were present as chef and hostess and very friendly. Maybe 12-15 tables or so in size so nice ambience and minimal noise. Very pleasant experience.

we had many tapas dishes, not comparable to other places, the food was ok, not anything to write home about.

A group of friends and, a few days later, my husband and I had a dinner of tapas at The Village Table. The tapas here are authentic Spanish tapas. The group of friends liked the shrimp quite a bit, and my husband and I loved both the garlic roasted artichoke hearts (our favorite) and the serrano ham. The sangria is... More

During our visit to Telluride and Mountain Village our friends and long time residents of Mountain Village took us to their favorite Spanish restaurant called The Village Table. I'm from Spain and love tapas, paella, and Spanish wine. I was very pleasantly surprised when Chef Juanito, who also happens to be the owner, came to our table and introduced himself.... More

Over all a decent meal. Restaurant seemed a little disorganized the night we were there. We had reservations but our table wasn't ready. I also wished they would bring the tapas out in stages - our selections were presented on one very large platter. It would have been nice to have been able to pass the selections over the course... Don't let the fact that we were (very happily) relegated to outdoor seating in 60 degree weather to accommodate our dog fool you. The food was incredible--artichoke hearts with aioli, seasonal fresh tomato basil bisque--and the service great even though we were far from the other diners. There were light blankets for comfort in the patio, and a water dish... More

When my family is in Telluride, our first stop is Village Table! We love the tapas and sangria. The sangria is some of the best I've had, not too sweet, but bold and tasty. We've tried every item listed on the tapas menu and nothing has disappointed. Our favorites include the cheese plate, potatoes bravas, jamon and calamari. The paellas... More

After a long wait to have anyone come to our table (15 minutes), the salads came after a while and were delicious. The trout and the duck were really delicious. Just didn't get much warmth nor interest from the server.

Dear Jenevieve, We are very glad you enjoyed the Village Table burger, we've been told multiple times it's the best in town :) However if you come back we have to recommend our salads too, the Warm Goat cheese is absolutely divine and people love our Mediterranean and Belgian Endive. Thank you for the review and hope to see you... More

A wonderful place to stop for a light casual lunch and be able to eat "foodies" food vs nachos, wings and sliders. Each tapas plate was nicely prepared, presented and sized appropriately. And it is away from the summer crowds!

Dear Stephanie, We are so happy you enjoyed our tapas! We pride ourselves on offering something special and different than the rest of Mountain Village and Telluride so are glad you found us. Also know we have happy hour with 1/2 priced tapas weekdays 4-6 and 5-6 on Saturday. Hope you will come back soon. Janice Gerona More
