Even though there was free chips and Mexican sauces, the main dishes we had (chicken tacos, chicken quesadilias and nachos) weren't tasty. The chicken tasted overcooked and had an unpleasent feel to it. The tacos didn't taste of anything and the tortillas were dry and tasted too much of wholewheat flour. Sweet staff though, but it couldnt make up for... More

Stopped in for lung and absolutely loved this place. Friendly fast service and amazing fresh food. Not what you might expect looking at this place from the street but well worth checking it out!

We thought the food was okay but you couldn't tell by the constant flow of people standing in line waiting to order their meals! They have a variety of dishes that are delivered to your table. Very friendly service and reasonable prices.

We had lunch here. There is a chip and salsa station. Some of the salsas are pretty hot but they do warm you. The "small" burrito plate with 2 sides is a lovely portion; try the Anasazi beans! I found the burrito to be completely delicious; even the flour tortilla wrap was flavorful and ideally textured. There is a local... More

Stopped by there after the 4th parade with a large group. The food can out quickly and was overall good. Some small inconsistency but it was extremely busy. The waitress was extremely helpful and food came out fast. Pricey though

A great place to stop for lunch when you're walking around Downtown Telluride. Great food, fast service. There's also a stand making fresh waffle cones for ice cream. The perfect treat to continue walking the streets and enjoying Telluride.

On our recent long weekend in Telluride we visited La Cocina de Luz several times for breakfast, drinks and lunch. Excellent prices for really tasty food served quickly and with a smile. The breakfast menu has a wide range of delights and lots of inventive recipes.

My husband and I ducked in this colorful little place for lunch, and really enjoyed our experience. I'm not an ultra committed vegan, but when i saw they offered a "Vegan Plate", I decided to try it, because it sounded good. Wow! My plate was filled with delicious food, and even my meat eating husband was impressed. There was hominy,... More

The lamb special was tender, but very hot, rice and beans were good. Husbands Quesadilla was very minimal, and bland. Guacamole dip was very good, and the most enjoyable dish we had. Margaritas were tasted mostly of mix, very syrupy. and not worth the price. A little pricey for an average meal.
