Johnny Was AMAZING!

There are two Italian spots next to each other. One is a more intimate fine dining experience, the other is more of a casual pizza joint. The pizza joint is a great spot for families and the host and server, Johnny, was so great! He made the experience welcoming and fun. Food wasn't bad either.

EXCELLENT service, but the food was disappointing. Not very flavorful. The Caesar salad had not even a hint of garlic. The veal was mushy. The staff was so friendly and attentive but the food just didn't match AT ALL.

Trip Advisor has the name all wrong. This is not a Pizzeria it is an Italian Restaurant named La Piazza del Villaggio Ristorante. The restaurant does not have a large seating area, I would call it more of an intimate atmosphere and definitely Italian. The staff and owner were very attentive to our needs. The food was excellent. The bar... More

Cheerful and pleasant staff. Quick service. We dined two times and enjoyed their pizza and lasagna. Nice selection of wines. Clean and affordable. Something for everyone.

This is a nice small pizza place. I imagine in the summer it's fun to eat outside. It looks like there is a giant chess board in the plaza, but not sure if that's what it really is. We had a standard pepperoni pizza and a pizza with Italian ham. Two 12 inches was plenty for 3 people. They have a... More

Much enjoyed my numerous trips to this restaurant! Pizza is true Italian. Good service as well. Always fun to sit outside during summer days.

I was so in love with the Italian atmosphere, the Pizza Vegeteriana , and the incredible Gianni, that I came back with my husband and our friens for another meal! Our last night at the Madeleine Hotel was made perfect by our visit to La Pizzeria just steps away from the hotel..... Gianni was so congenial, soft spoken and passionate... More

Good food prepared from the heart. Giannie, the manager is a typical Italian host, warm, attentive without being overbearing . I had just returned from a few weeks in Cinque Terra, this felt the same. Best limon cello anywhere

Friendly service, pizza was delightful, just like eating pizza in Italy. It was the best meal that we ate and the least expensive. The crust was thin and cooked to perfection.

Delicious lasagna; appropriate serving size. Johnny, our server, was welcoming & attentive. The freshly made gelato was incredible!
