Good selection of pastries. Scones and brownies were very dry. But other pastries were delicious. We had blueberry scone that was very dry but the cranberry scone was better especially when warmed. Fruit and cheese pastry was delicious

Baked in Telluride, known as B.I.T., has breakfast, lunch and coffee in addition to a large variety of baked goods, breads, pastries, etc for carryout. A Telluride institution open for decades. Try it, you'll like it.

When we arrived in Telluride we decided to walk around and find a place to eat. When we saw this place we decided to give it a try. We were so happy we ate here. We had the best vegetable soup and had some very delicious cookies for dessert. Don't order bottled water. Save your money for something else. Their... More

For a pricey resort town, Baked in Telluride (BIT) is the more affordable place to go for quality food and bakery items. They have vegetarian options, a variety of cuisines and great service.

We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was here. It is cafeteria-style counter ordering, but excellent food and a great place to grab a quick, inexpensive bite.

Food was good for those that like really greasy foods. We ate it and enjoyed it because it does taste good but is so unhealthy would not order that again unless they would agree to not add oil or butter to my food. Unfortunately they do not cater well to vegan orders mainly because they are so busy. Meaning the... More

The coffee was pretty good. The doughnuts looked amazing. My wife and I had bagel sandwiches. The eggs and meat inside were tasty but the bagel was hard and tough to eat. Would be pretty good if they were made fresh. Think I'll go back to try a doughnut sometime.

Description
Affectionately known as B-I-T, the Bakery is Telluride's favorite spot for fast breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and modestly priced dinner. The Five year old building is 1/2 block south of Main Street at 127 S. Fir. Look for the big red warehouse building. We're fast, and can handle everyday needs and the crowds during the big festivals in moments. Thanks to all for the kind reviews. We read every one and make frequent improvements from your comments.
