The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Easy shuttle ride from the Grand to the Haymaker golf course and you fill out your menu selections on the ride. You arrive to hot chocolate and cider, appetizers and a bar for adults. I wish we would have had a little more time before we got on sleigh but we were able to... More

Derrick was very rude at the restaurant. The food was subpar as the potatoes were over cooked and the Brussel sprouts were burned as well. The servers were not attentive and were upset as four staff members or more did not show up to work. Bethany the sleigh ride and horse owner was nice and friendly. Jeff the shuttle driver... More

Food was outstanding. I bit too much food but we had no trouble eating it. Dave and his hitch team were wonderful. The ride was outstanding and the customer service was impeccable.

We could only get a reservation on the first day we would arrive in CO, so after 12 hours of traveling I did not want to go anywhere, but I'm very glad I did. The shuttle driver, Jeff, started us out on the right note. He was very friendly and had everyone laughing. He definitely set the bar high and... More

After a brief wait for all participants to arrive we were directed to one of the two sleighs and provided blankets for the below zero temps. Our driver mixed up the trip with humorous banter that helped warm things up. After the ride we settled down for dinner which was served hot and on time. Our server was attentive and... More

This was a wonderful experience. Yes, the sleigh ride was only 20 minutes or so but it was cold so that was more than enough. The horses were adorable and the guide and shuttle driver personable and knowledgeable. For dinner, each party was seated at their own table in the beautiful clubhouse, with a fireplace. We found it romantic and... More

While the idea of a sleigh ride at night through the snow followed by a good meal sounds great...a sleigh ride through a golf course, with 12 strangers, followed by a very sub-par meal is the reality. To spend over $350 dollars for that type of experience is crazy! Be warned...you do not get your money's worth. I expected something... More

Sleigh ride was great. Great tour guide with singing. The Brussels Sprouts at dinner were out of this world.

The sleigh ride was cold but set up well. The dinner was a different story. We had to wait45 minutes to be served our dinner even though the order was put in before the sleigh ride. The food was average to burnt. For the price you would think they would do a better job of settings and food. They did... More

What a wonderful way for us to end Christmas Day, taking a sleigh ride and enjoying a wonderful meal. Singing Jingle Bells, but with two horses instead of one, was a fun way for the group to get to know each other a bit. There are three sittings here, and the shuttle picks you up from the Steamboat Grand at... More
