Easy in and out with great service and great food!

We walked into The truffle pig after a long day on the mountain with 5 very tired kids. They were very accommodating and sat us very quickly. The kids had steaks and hamburgers and the 4 adults shared a bunch of appetizers. The food was amazing and everyone cleaned their plates! Our waitress... read more

I finally went to Truffle Pig. With my friend Kate. She’s Australian. She’s opinionated. She’s not easily impressed. She tells me straightaway when she doesn’t like something. So when she chose to visit me in Colorado Springs during winter (her summer), I thought I would bring her to our condo in Steamboat. Over the years, there have been a lot... More

To celebrate my birthday we enjoyed a steak dinner at the Truffle Pig. The steaks were prepared to perfection and were absolutely delicious. The resturaunt has a good wine selection and the wine we had complimented our steaks wonderfully. The staff was very attentative without hovering. It was a little pricy, but we enjoyed it very much and would eat... More

Better fVenisonood than i've found anyplace "on a mountain". Staff was super friendly, smiling, talkative, helpful, enthusiastic. Venison short rib was under cooked-- but i'm being highly crtical compared to my own. Kobe burger was phenomenal. Truffle fries are spot on! Prices are fair. I'd go back twice in the same week because it is good and sooo convenient!

Great food handy location. Lacks a little in atmosphere for me too much space and not the booth experience of other options in town.

Steamboat has some fabulous restaurants and, as locals, we've tried most. I have to say that dinner at the Truffle Pig was the best experience we've had. The food was amazing, the service flawless and the location unbeatable. We arrived at happy hour and had drinks and appetizers (make sure you try the truffle fries!), then stayed for dinner (the... I ate here on Christmas eve with family and I'm still reveling in the experience (its Jan. 30th)! We started with the bacon wrapped dates, perfect because there were 3 of us and 3 dates. The in-laws both got the Osso Bucco which was so delicious that it inspired a poetry reading right at the table. I got the mushroom... More
