Found this place by accident, decided to give it a try. Wow. Just wow!! First the service: server's name was Christian, he was very friendly and helpful, checked on us frequently but didn't hover. Second the food: portions were huge, really large and great quality. The cook was excellent just add ordered. I would recommend Rock Away to anyone for... More

Philly cheesesteak was great. Server was nice but a little strange. Open Hours weren't consistent... Closed early both nights we went. Not sure why but customers were turned away.

Kind of disappointed this year. For a "pricey" restaurant, the food was mediocre hopefully it was just an OFF night..

It's a classic. we have eaten here for years even when I was young with my grandmother. It's been there a long time. Good food and a fun old school environment. We reserve it for our "classy" night out as it's not as casual as the few other south fork restaurants.

didn't want anything farm raised, so I skipped the trout. settled on the salmon when told it was Pacific salmon, which I figured had a chance of being wild. it certainly wasn't sockeye; I'm not sure what it was, maybe keta, but it was the most tasteless and tough salmon I've ever had. dessert was to be included with the... I had the catfish, which was quite good - it had a crisp cornmeal coating and the fish was moist and flaky. But it was served with mediocre french fries, a small dish of unadorned canned green beans, and a slice of supermarket french bread with margarine and garlic salt on it. There was a first course option of chicken... More

I have been here many times and have good meals here. Its a ma and pa place in a log cabin. Great stop after a ski trip at Wolf Creek. The steaks are very good…I also like the trout. Its not a big restaurant so table are limited. This is a staple in South Fork.

Expensive - food only average. Used to eat there years ago and was much better. Filet and pork chops just average. Need to do away with packets of butter and sour cream. Upscale restaurants don't do this.

We went here after golf. The service was incredibly slow but the waitress was very cordial. The food was very good which was a surprise. The only down side was that sour cream, cocktail sauce etc. was all served in individual containers, not in bowls. It was good that there was no one in the restaurant since there was only... More
