We nave tried all the restaurants on the mountAin but always vow to come back to Hogh Alpine. The owner is always on the floor and the staff have a great moral. There is a reason there are more instructors eating here than anywhere on the mountain.

It's a great location for mid day lunch. If you have couples or business clients, you can make a reservation and order off the menu in a wonderful dinning venue -- OR --- tray "n" graze the cafeteria lines of everything from daily made soups and chili, fresh baked bread, baked potatoes, fruit, hot dogs, hamburgers, deli, pizza, to salads,... Best food on the mountain. Great rice Krispy treats. French onion soup is a must when they have it as a special. Don't save seats or George will pay you a friendly visit.

We were given a voucher for a free breakfast as part of our accommodation so decided to try it out. I am glad we did because it is not often that you get to eat lovely pancakes while being beside a ski slope. My daughter eat eggs with salmon which she seemed to enjoy as much as I did my... More

Exhorbitant prices for barely adequate food. $18 for one small chicken breast and a gator aid is ridiculous.

Gwynne's High Alpine seems to get most of the lunch ski crows and it is very efficient and the food is good but it is incredibly expensive.

Whether you indulge in the sit down section of the restaurant known as Gwynn"s or breeze through the buffet line definitely set aside at least a day to enjoy a meal here. High Alpine is one of the last individually owned restaurants on the Aspen Skiing Company mountains and George and Gwynn will be there to greet you. Everyday there... More

I wasn't expecting such great food slope side. Delicious and wonderful for lunch. The menu has a great variety so there is something for everyone here.
