Took my girlfriend for a nice dinner out while visiting Snowmass. The service was wonderful. The fettucini was great, but the lamb spiedini was AMAZING.

Good food but more expensive than the TripAdvisor review led you to believe. Definitely $$$! Please adjust your website.

I ate at this restaurant twice. It does not open until 5:30 and reservations are recommended. The restaurant has two formats: Bar with casual cafe and formal dinning room. We ate in the cafe as we would not feel comfortable in our hiking shorts in the dining room even though they invited us to eat in the dining room. We... More

had the meal with a pork chop---it was so dry I couldn't eat it. Ordered a bottle of zinfandel by Rambauer---not good. Typical tourist food, a captured audience.

You had better make a reservation because this restaurant is always packed with both locals and visitors. They start you off with two kinds fresh bread and a side dish of olives and this sets the pace for the rest of a great meal. On our last visit we were pleased with our very attentive server as we dined on... More

My wife, sister- and brother-in-law had dinner here, without a booking, and were very pleased with what we were served. The gnocchi was lovely, and the service very friendly. Well worth the price.

Il Poggio is very popular and crowded. Even though we made a reservation our table was not in a good spot as the restaurant was crowded. The Burrata appetizer was delicious. The chicken entrees was average. The peach pie for dessert was worth the calories. We were happy to be there during peach season. Our server was attentive.

We ordered take out for four from this restaurant so I can only attest to the food quality and quantity. The order was taken with care, everything arrived that we ordered and was cooked perfectly, plus a very nice load of bread and olives. We ordered the salads, gnocchi, chicken, beef and sides. Although the portions were on the small... More

We had dinner in the back area which had a nice atmosphere and nice mountain view. Prices for pasta dishes were reasonable for a white table cloth restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend the veal gnocchi entree. Service was very good and it was nice to get a complimentary birthday dessert!

Delicious meal; I had gluten -free pasta and salmon, with Pana cotta for dessert. Convenient to Westin and Holiday Inn Express. Would be happy to eat here all week!
