The artisan is one of the better restaurants in the area. I thought it was better a few years ago, but I enjoyed my steak. The menu could have more items in my mind. we liked our server, Ashley, who was competent, pleasant, and interesting.

Decent food average room good service and not as pricey as other places in Snowmass. The chicken was very good. The decor however is just plain.

Nice atmosphere. Expensive, but not worth the cost in my opinion. Service was deliberate, though friendly. We went there on a night when Doc Eason was doing his magic act. That was the high point.

The trout was the best on my entire snowmass trip. We were thrilled to have this as our hotel restaurant. Consistently great food and service.

We went for dinner on Christmas. It was very good. I enjoyed the Scottish salmon very much. The truffle fries were very good. My wife had the artichoke. My son enjoyed the Caesar salad. It was a little chilly near the window. The service was meh. But we enjoyed the food a lot.

Thank goodness we made reservations. Very popular with locals. Excellent mussels and salmon dishes. Service was good. And the you can chill in front of the fireplace after dinner.

We were looking for something different to drink before dinner. The bartender had been experimenting with drinks that pay tribute to bees. The light honey flavor was a welcome refreshment. The Artisan partners with local food providers to offer a fresh variety for dinner. A bit pricey, but no more than expected at a ski resort town in Colorado
